my slushy- which i usually get - tasted disgusting when i ordered it so i decided to throw it out. when i was dumping it i noticed a black lump in my drink and a bunch of tiny black dots as well. i'm not too sure if it was a bug or mold or whatever but i'm never ordering from here again.

Online it days they have sugar free options but when we went through the drive-thru they told us the slush base is sugar. The kid at the window suggested water, of course water has no sugar. They really should have more options.

Had just got the new pulled pork burger,tots & chocolate covered strawberry shake for my daughter at her Sonic in Aurora. Looked so good, I stopped at our Castle Rock Sonic on the way home to get the same thing. The burger & tots were good, but the shake was so bad I scooped most of it down the sink except for the last inch, which had some strawberry flavor with a few chocolate flakes. Just a bunch of white tasteless goo. My daughter said hers had strawberry pieces &chocolate flakes from top to bottom. Better check your machine!

Had a terrible experience this morning Feb 2 at 7:02 am went thru drive thr just tried to order 2 double cheese burgers the lady rang up something else and my total was over 10 dollars then she absolutely refused to respond to me at the drive thru speaker to fix it. Said hello and waited she childishly refused to respond. So I drove around to the speaker again and tried to order again she wouldn't respond and only when I said I'm reporting you did she respond saying I'm fixing your order now. Absolutely rude childish behavior. Please fire this lady she cosine the company money and customers. Mager probably doesn't care either otherwise thy wouldn't have someone like that in the drive thru.Was the short chubby Hispanic lady please hire someone that doesn't hate there job and company so much

Here I was sitting in my hot car after a long ruthless day at school. My stomach rumbles with anguish. I realize that pickle fries sound spectacular and I swear to god I would've paid millions for those fries. I look at the menu and lo and behold the amazing beautiful pickle fries were replaced by this monstrosity that is the buffalo chicken dip bites. why on earth would they do such a thing. I cried and slammed my phone to the floor. I may never see those beauties ever again in my life. Sonic, why would you do this to me? They were my heart and soul. I think I died that day... the day my dearest pickle fries were ripped from my cold dead heart.

As sonic locations go, this was OK. The stall screens were all broke, stuck on a loading/login menu. Luckily, the drive through was fine. I have a feeling they're short staffed, and probably dealing with bad management as they were out of tots (which is almost exactly the reason to go to sonic), but the order was fresh, and accurate, if slow.

Was just at the drive thru and nobody helped me I saw a lady who stood there and stared at me through the window for about seven minutes and didn’t help and then when the lady did come to the window to help me, she said oh I’ve been answering all my calls which she had not been … I thought drive thru was shut down .

Food is decent enough, but I've yet to get a single shake or blast that has a decent amount of add-ins in it or is mixed all the way down. The bottom 1/4 to 1/3 is just vanilla ice cream.
