Incredible food!!! When they’re serving birria, GET IT—it is the best I’ve ever had! Burgers are great, chick sandwich is so good!! The carne asada fries are 👌🏼👌🏼

It's what we crave!
We've picked up twice and had it Door- Dashed once. I mention this only because the food is STILL HOT when we get home. I'm a good 5 miles from the truck!

The first thing we had was the Double Stacked burger! Blew our socks off. The fries are incredible. Lightly seasoned and yummy!

Tonight he got another double stacked burger and I opted for the steak bites!
The most tender steak with a delicious side of dipping sauce. This was a very filling and I could only eat half and was super stuffed!

The staff are awesome. So Friendly and personable!

Exceptional food and service. Saw someone with their takeout and asked where it was from. The food absolutely did NOT disappoint. They’re opening a restaurant behind where the food truck is; hopefully I’ll still be in Colorado when they open their doors

I’ve been seeing pictures of Stack’d burgers on social media and I’ve been wanting to try it for some time. The pictures made my mouth water and I thought if these things taste anything like they look I REALLY want one! Finally put in an order last weekend and Oh Boy was I glad I did! This is a top 5 burger I’ve ever had before! Fries and onion rings were delicious too. Thanks stack’d! I’ll be a regular from here on! Don’t change a thing!!

We just had the Philly Cheeseteak. Oh wow! We are from Denver and will be sure to come to Castle Rock to satisfy our cheesesteak craving. I’m on a diet and crushed my sandwich because it was just too good! The meat was tender and flavorful, the cheese was creamy, the onions added just a touch of sweetness, the hoagie roll was pillow soft and roasted to perfection .We can’t wait to try their other menu items.

Amazing food and amazing customer service! The steak bites are sooo good and such a great deal. Love the pepper sauce and fries too. They have become one of my favorite bites in the Castle Rock area.

Food has consistently been delicious and I've always been served with a smile. Steak bites are my fav and their birria is the best I've ever had.

The quesabirria is better than most taco trucks and taco places in castle rock. Amazing food from burgers to steak bites to street tacos terrific place.

We love stack’s food!!! It has a great variety and everything we have tried so far has been great. Service has always been a pleasure and they have been very friendly. We have a very picky 9 year old who loves the burger. I would recommend stack’d to anyone.

I found my new “go to” place! The food is amazing and everything I’ve tried is my new favorite so it makes it hard to decide what to get, but either way, it’s going to be amazing! I’m a sucker (and critic) for great cheesesteaks and they topped the charts with their elevated cheesesteak! I’m like Pavlov’s dog even as I write this review because now I’m salivating just thinking about it! 🤣 I know where I’ll be getting lunch today! In addition to the delicious food, the owner and family who runs it are always so friendly and just great people, so support your local biz and your stomach will be thankful!
