Inside of Safeway, but it is so busy they keep everything fresh from the turnover. I know Starbucks! This one is great! Great, fast, helpful service from everyone working in there! My favorites are very simple… cold brew in the summer and Americano in the winter. We often get a muffin or iced lemon bread in the winter. Great place to park on the West side of the building. Very relaxing! One of our Castle Rock favorite stops!

Granted, I'm not a coffee snob, so maybe these drinks aren't crafted from the finest beans in the Amazon. However, the elderly lady runs this place well, as I had a large order she fulfilled decently. It's peaceful if you come during non-peak hours.

One of 6 Starbucks in Castle Rock proper, 3 of them are kiosk/stands inside local groceries. The baristas are actually Safeway store employees hired specifically for the coffee shops. They haven't had the training that an actual Starbucks employee might get, but they do a good job. The drinks, even specially crafted ones are uniformly good. \nHours are 5AM - 7 PM \nSmall seating area, 2-3 tables, plus tables just outside.\nRestroom inside the shop area.\n
