It depends on the day. There were at least a half dozen people standing around doing nothing but I had to waiting for a seventh employee who was in the back, to complete whatever task they were doing, come to the front, and be available to take my order... Then I stepped away to used the ladies room and still found myself waiting for them to prepare my drink for a while after returning, though there was only a few people in the coffee shop and no one was in line before me when I placed my order. This was my first time at this location...the entire experience was confusing. Why were there so many people and such slow service?
Ironically I returned today and there was only two people there. As soon as I walked in they took my order and my drink was ready pretty much as soon as I walked to the pickup area.
I am wondering they may have been training new baristas yesterday. It's important to let your guests know that. If that was actually the case, I wouldn't have said anything in my review. However, I have no idea what the difference was between the two days. But I can say your experience will vary dramatically based on the day. So plan on having to wait for the right person to be available to take your order. Then you will be pleasantly surprised if you are helped in a timely manner by any one else at the counter. Also plan on a wait time for your beverage to be prepared even if the coffee shop appears to be empty when you arrive...

In the wee early hours when nurses get up to start work it is great to be able to get a Chai Tea on the way in for a 12 hour shift. Thank you for being open at 4:30am.

We love Starbucks! We live for Sunday morning coffee and our happy place 𤣠starbiesssss!
Love it but this one needs some help! Mostly with the people serving. The word is service and it is POOR here.
Waited forever.
The morning baristas here were gossiping about other people, ignoring people in the line, seriously looked annoyed and didnāt serve anyone with a smile.
Hey is 9:00 am letās be kind okay! Sheesh people are still waking up.
Starbucks is supposed to be known for its brand of kind people and customer service, this Starbucks doesnāt promote that it seems.
Also our coffee was made wrong and when asked if they could remake we got dirty looks by the barista who made them originally.
Sorry to burst your day - but that is what Starbucks stands for good drinks, kind people, donāt put your bad days on others if you work at a coffee shop.
I luckily there are many more Starbucks and nicer people at them. Mean people suck.
Be nice.
Serve people well - or just donāt be a barista plenty of other jobs where you donāt have to see peopleā¦
Bad everything especially the people serving here.

Absolutely unacceptable experience ā take note.
I cannot believe how unprofessional the staff is at this location. The Starbucks at Founders & Allen (Store #13489) is hands-down the worst Iāve ever visitedāand thatās saying something.
The management here is a complete failure. The floor managers are immature, and the rest of the staff follows their leadārude, dismissive, and totally lacking in basic customer service.
Thereās clearly no training, no accountability, and absolutely no leadership.
Iāve noticed multiple poor reviews for this store, and the fact that nothing has improved tells me one thing: district and corporate leadership do not care. Itās shocking how little pride is taken in how this store represents the Starbucks brand.
Instead of posting links to contact corporate when customers are frustrated, maybe try actually leading your team and raising the standard.
I will not support this location again, and Iāll advise others to avoid it as well.
Starbucks, this reflects directly on your leadership.
Do better.
Every time I have Ashley as a Barista, she is the rudest āhumanā being.
Iāve encountered her at various locations around town.
Iāve contacted management and yet Iām still treated passive aggressively.
Itās dramatically reduced my frequency of stops at Starbucks.
I have a Barista for years prior and have been customer facing for nearly a decade of my life⦠my whole world could be falling apart (it was at one point) and thereās no possible way Iād take it out on a customer.
Unsure about what is up with the chip on her shoulder. It started when she was blatantly rude taking my order one day.
I drove away without ordering anything.
Now I have legit anxiety thinking Iāll have to encounter this little troll once again⦠as a paying customer who is always kind.
Let me state very clearly: I have NEVER encountered this at any Starbucks in my 20+ years as a Customer.
If she had simply stopped I wouldnāt be here writing this.
