Was very busy when I came this morning, the tall young lady with dark hair and very pretty smile (I forgot her name) seemed to be the manager. She was very sweet and accommodating for myself and my daughter when she noticed us waiting awhile for our drinks. I also saw her helping a disabled gentleman grab his things after compiling them together which I thought was really thoughtful! Props to the team that works here, its rare to see these acts of kindness nowadays!

Cam is the best barista… mine was for sugar free and it came out with the sugars, he fixed it and was soooo polite! His super positive energy woke me up and made me appreciate my trip to this location. I was in town for the weekend and turned my day around! Yall need more people like him… he took care of me and for that reason I paid it forward to the people behind me!!!

Absolutely love this place! The store manager is amazing! The crew is super friendly and helpful! I will definitely be coming back!
Closed lobby so you have to wait in line to pick up your mobile order. Turn off mobile ordering if you can’t be bothered to staff your store appropriately. Also evidently not enough staff to warm up my muffins like every other Starbucks in the country. Manager was apathetic. Just moved to neighborhood and I will never return. In my top 3 worst Starbucks visits.

I come to place all the time in the afternoon but today was an odd experience. I wanted to ignore it but I was in and I overheard, who I now assume is Kaylee, talking about having her friends write good reviews about her. I was curious if they actually would and I saw two reviews come in within 3 hours of each other both talking about how good she was. I’ve personally been serviced by a lot of the night staff and their moods change on a daily basis. This starbucks is typically good but asking friends to write a good review about you, for who knows what reason, is odd… Aside from today’s experience, my coffee is usually consistent with only a 5-10 minute wait with minimal errors.
