Ordered caramel ribbon crunch frappecino . 1st one they gave was way too sweet . Refused first to make new one (was told “order another then I can make one”) then just made another one after seeing me throw the drink in trash . 2nd one was all ice no flavor ended up throwing that as well.

We meet here for work, but this last time the music was blasting and conversation was tough. When they turned it down for us, it didn't change much.
Overpriced teas and coffee, heavy on syrups. Often, what I'm ordering isn't in stock/available.
Overall, their seating and tables aren't the most comfortable. Nice to have a meeting place, but this isn't optimal.

Morning crew rushes me through my order. They speak over me before I’m done speaking which is why they never get my order right then proceed to never hand me all of the things I ask for. I understand how busy they morning can be but this is a daily thing I will just go to a different Starbucks from now

Please stop bagging drinks. As a delivery driver it gets so frustrating to worry if the drinks will spill. I have to put the bag in my passenger seat and hold it at times. It’s much easier to put the drinks in our car so it has less of a chance of spilling.

I've never been to this location but came to it on the way to Colorado Springs. Went through the drive through. The girl taking orders, running the window was so wonderful, gave great service, and my drinks are on point, I had to leave a review. The girl had round shaped glasses, shoulder length brown hair and freckles. Let her know she's great.

Have been to this location several times and will not go again. My drink was made wrong this am and the music was beyond blaring to where I couldn’t even have a conversation with my friend. The staff was friendly yet seemed like some dating game. Maybe less time flirting and make peoples drinks correctly and stop playing music so loud like it’s a night club! Wouldn’t let me attack the video to show what I mean!
