I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at this Starbucks. The staff was incredibly rude, discriminatory, and unprofessional. They lied to me, claiming that starting Monday, customers can no longer sit in Starbucks without ordering something, nor can they have complimentary water. This policy sounded suspiciously targeted, and the way they communicated it felt extremely unfair and downright racist.
No one deserves to be treated like this, especially in a space that advertises itself as being welcoming to all. The lack of respect and the discrimination I experienced here was appalling. Starbucks should be held accountable for such behavior, and the staff needs serious training in customer service and sensitivity.
I will not be returning to this location, and I urge others to think twice before supporting a store that allows this kind of behavior.

I was there on December 23 at 6:30 PM and the lady was super nice and made the best Starbucks coffee I’ve ever had.

I ordered a drink with coconut milk because I can’t tolerate lactose. The drink was smothered with whipped cream. When I asked the girl to remake it, I saw her simply scrape the whip off with a spoon and hand it back to me. Now not only is my drink still tainted with a milk product, it’s not a full cup. I drive around again (because I didn’t want to hold up the line) and went straight to the window. When I asked her again to remake it, she gave me sass about not stopping at the ordering menu. Overall very poor service and handling of the mistake was super unappreciated. I’m on my way to work, a simple apology and proper correction the first time around would have sufficed.

We go to this Starbucks all the time when we’re grocery shopping but this girl named Jay Jade that works there we seen her spit in the drink. This is uncalled for. I just wanted something to be done.

They lady said that she was closed at 745 pm. And was to busy talking to a gentleman then staying open when it states open till 8. She just was bragging about how many guys hit on her. Absolutely rediculous. She shouldn't be working

Really disappointed in this location. I ordered a venti with extra pumps of white mocha. They filled it halfway and did not add any extra pumps. Why am I paying for a venti if you're not going to fill it all the way up and the extras that I paid for?

Only one of the staff was doing their job. The other two were talking and not paying attention. One of them started to make my drinks and completely ignored the directions. My drinks came out disgustingly sweet. Whomever the manager is needs to retrain this staff member and assuming the woman she was training.$15 wasted.
