Guy at the drive thru window was extremely rude and ignored me twice when I asked for no ice in my drink, then proceeded to talk to the next customer while looking at me when I tried to ask again. The parking is utterly horrific here, there's maybe 10 spots in the entire place, 4 of them being handicap only and the other 6 taken by the employees, whoever designed the parking lot actually needs help and the employees need to figure it out. Clearly one person cannot run the window and take orders if he can't manage one drink with no ice.
Coffee was good but the barista at the drive thru window was rude, unprofessional, and did not respond well when we realized our order was wrong. When we did not know the exact amount on a gift card she sighed audibly, and when the order came out incorrect she argued with us instead of allowing us to explain the correct order. Not everyone has to have a good day all the time, but the attitude we received from this barista was unnecessary and resulted in unneeded stress and time wasted on both ends.
Chil environment
Its alright. This locations parking lot sucks. Drinks are fine. Food is blah. Attendants are lacking happiness, touching food with no gloves. I dont appreciate the same person being the cashier also heating food items up and touching the food.
Unclear how this tall chai latte took 23 minutes to make. At least it tasted good once it finally arrived? Hopefully they’re hiring to reduce wait times!
The employees here are great!
I accidentally took another customer's drink and apologized for my mistake.
They were extremely kind and understanding.

Worst service ever at any Starbucks. Zoi was extremely rude a wouldn’t fix our order when she made it wrong. I am a frequent customer but this store needs better training.

This Starbucks can never get my order correct .. not even for a green tea!!! Service and attitude are terrible , employees never know anything like “who the manager is” or how to simply make a green tea .. I didn’t get a green tea with peach, or lemonade or sweetened .. just a unsweetened green tea !

Until recently I would have said great staff and great coffee, but they now have someone at the window who doesn’t know what she’s doing, will argue with customers and withholds your coffee so you can’t move on as she tries to explain why she is correct. They need to get rid of this one quickly!

Horrible company. Supported the RNC which takes away human rights.... Not a good look for a supposedly 'trendy' company. Asks for tip on drive thru and mobile orders which is ridiculous. Charges more on app than they do in store. Don't go here
