So here we were, about to hit the road and we decided we wanted a few sweet brews from Starbucks.
Let me just start by saying when we finally took a sip of our drinks on the road, we were absolutely aghast. You know when you open a gift and immediately regret it? That was us. We were cruising along, full of hope, when we dove into our drinks. And then the monstrosities we were given.
First drink: Iced Raspberry Shaken Espresso with White Mocha
Let me set the scene: We’re driving, laughing, thinking, “Mmm, this is going to be good,” and then the horror. The first thing we noticed? 80% ice. Ice, everywhere. I can’t even imagine how you managed this ice-to-drink ratio, but it was clearly more ice than anything else. I ordered an iced espresso, but what I got was an ice festival with a cameo by coffee. It felt like someone just dumped a pile of ice into my cup and threw in a dash of raspberry syrup for good measure. We took one sip, and it was like drinking cold, flavorless air with a hit of raspberry. I’m still recovering from the shock.
Second drink: White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cold Brew
Okay, so we’re still trying to recover from the first disaster, and then bam, we go in for round two. This one, my friends, was equally baffling. We ordered white chocolate strawberry cream cold brew, but what we got was essentially cold brew with an idea of strawberry and wisp of white chocolate. There was no cream, no sweetness, just an overwhelming wave of bitterness. We were left staring at our cups, wondering if we’d somehow misordered. Was this the drink we were supposed to get? Was it a cold brew in disguise? We had no idea.
Now, about the size dilemma:
Here’s the real kicker when I asked if the raspberry drink could be made a trenta, you’d think I had asked for the recipe to the fountain of youth. The look I got, like I just requested a drink in a size that’s impossible to comprehend. Yet, somehow, upgrading from grande to venti is a breeze. It’s almost like size expansion is within the realm of possibility, but once I reach trenta, it’s like I’ve entered a whole other dimension. If venti is acceptable, what happened when I suggested trenta? I’m honestly baffled.
We didn’t know whether to laugh, cry, or just return the drinks to the void from whence they came. Honestly, this was less of a coffee experience and more of a cruel riddle that we were expected to solve. Two drinks, one order, and not a single sip that made sense.
If this was some kind of “Guess What You’re Drinking” challenge, I’m failing miserably.

I reviewed this location 3 years ago and its still as bad as it was, the morning crew is usually awesome but they sucked today. Charged my husband for the wrong order, gave him all the wrong drinks, then refunded and recharged him incorrectly again, sent him home with the wrong food and my iced chai tastes like water, pleaseeeee get it together (not directed towards the normal crew who's there in mornings you guys are great)

I don’t recommend going inside to order. They mainly operate through online orders and the drive-thru.

AVOID DRIVETHROUGH From 5:30am to 8:30am on weekdays, the line goes out into the street. If you want to make it go faster, order ahead and pick up in store (typical lead times have been 20+ minutes for order ahead!!)
The service issue here is chronic understaffing, the people are great and hardworking.

Guy at the drive thru window was extremely rude and ignored me twice when I asked for no ice in my drink, then proceeded to talk to the next customer while looking at me when I tried to ask again. The parking is utterly horrific here, there's maybe 10 spots in the entire place, 4 of them being handicap only and the other 6 taken by the employees, whoever designed the parking lot actually needs help and the employees need to figure it out. Clearly one person cannot run the window and take orders if he can't manage one drink with no ice.
Coffee was good but the barista at the drive thru window was rude, unprofessional, and did not respond well when we realized our order was wrong. When we did not know the exact amount on a gift card she sighed audibly, and when the order came out incorrect she argued with us instead of allowing us to explain the correct order. Not everyone has to have a good day all the time, but the attitude we received from this barista was unnecessary and resulted in unneeded stress and time wasted on both ends.
Chil environment
Its alright. This locations parking lot sucks. Drinks are fine. Food is blah. Attendants are lacking happiness, touching food with no gloves. I dont appreciate the same person being the cashier also heating food items up and touching the food.
