The lady with the raspy voice and eye bags rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a meatball sub and then threw my food on the counter when ringing me up. She was the rudest employee I have ever met. No thank you, no can I help you. If service is at all important to you I wouldn't come back here. It's Mother's Day, you could be more kind.

I am appalled at the service I received here. This is my neighborhood subway and I’ve been coming here for years and I was treated so poorly by the elderly woman there today , which is odd to me because I’ve seen her before and she’s never been so rude to me! I ordered a kids sub for my son at his care program to bring him and this lady looked at me and glared when I told her I needed a kids sub. Twice not just once and then once she got done putting the meat on she passed it to the younger boy and said to me “ your a bad woman” to which I replied what and why and she just walked off. I’m not sure if she thought I was ordering for myself or maybe she heard me say something wrong or I have no clue but that was so uncalled for. The younger boy apologized and said he had no idea why she said / did that and I asked him how to file a complaint and he told me he would text the manager. I called the subway later to tell the manager about the incident to which she apologized and said they shouldn’t be treating their guests like that and that’s all she could say. I really wish this wasn’t an issue because now I will not be returning if that lady is working there, so rude and inappropriate and unprofessional. I know that subway is probably short staffed but they don’t need people like that working there period.

Rude rude rude. The moment we walked in the older lady approached us and stated we couldn’t be in here with our food. (We just finished shopping the attached Walmart and were waiting for my husband to pay and he was coming in to order a meatball sandwich. ) I told the employee my husband was coming in to order and she cut me off stating we couldn’t be in here with our food. Terrible customer service!!!! The store is a mess. She could’ve exerted her energy in cleaning these tables and floors which have trash and crumbs everywhere. We had to clean our own table before we even sat.

The employee today was amazing. I came in an hour before closing. Everything was clean, she greeted me as I walked in. Made everything exactly how I asked. I order a pizza and she even went as far as cutting up all the veggies I asked for with out even asking. She was great definitely needs a raise.

Bread on subs was chewy and tough. Same for the foot long pretzel....stale and tough. Bacon on sub was barely cooked. Never again...

I order many times thinking it'll change. I enjoy subway lots, however, why when an order is placed online the staff make the sandwich to ur custom order but they can't read the "special instructions"? Called the store.."oh I'll talk with the employees". That's not good enough. If u want to order here don't make and special requests cuz they will be ignored

Don’t come here if you aren’t sure what you want yet. Don’t make eye contact with “Holly” unless you want to be turned to stone. You are better off making your own sandwich. They hate the customers here, even children. Holly is probably some kind of reptile person.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I was in a rush but yet still decided to stop at subway which ended up being a mistake. I waited well over a long time to be attended because no one would come to the front, they were too busy talking in the back to pay attention to their customers. They knew I was there but didn't bother to come help me, so I had to say "Hello" and "Excuse me" multiple times. A white, young, upper weight employee came up to me and simply stared and me and I awkwardly was trying to tell him what I wanted while he was of no assistance at all. He did not have any intentions of being polite or helpful at all. He simply threw the sauce onto my sandwich and when I asked if they don't drizzle it onto there, he said "No, that's how we do it." He was extremely rude and unhelpful. If you don't want to work, don't do it. If you're not in the mood to work, don't make it someone else's problem by acting the way this kid did.

Ordered ahead online for a promo the order got cancelled 5 minutes before pick up when I got there the lady said they don’t do that online promo even tho it’s only online and I was able to order ended up having to run else where for something quicker definitely won’t be ordering here again.
