horrible place, don’t try to call them and waste your time they won’t answer….i couldn’t order my 6-7 sandwiches for my birthday party ! :(

Don’t eat here! Ordered online. Paid for double meat- didn’t get. Sub was put together in a haphazard manner. Wasn’t toasted. The meat, however, was warm which is concerning because I watched the young man make the sandwich. The fountain drink machine has clearly not been cleaned in some time. The drinks were disgusting. The store not clean. Would appreciate a full refund.

Ordered online only to get to the store and they are out of meatballs. Employee was unable to cancel my order and refused to refund my money. He said his boss doesn’t like giving refunds. I paid for a product, if you can’t provide said product you issue a refund.

Store is understaffed and dirty. Take some pride in your business.

Absolutely no food handling training here.

Watched an employee cut a sandwich that had mayo on it, then without changing or cleaning the knife, went and cut my sandwich.

Having severe allergies to mayonnaise I asked to remake my sandwich. The employee proceeded to tell me he could just cut the ends off my sandwich (that I’m paying full price for) and it would be fine.

What an idiot. Nobody knows what they are doing at this Subway. Stay away from this location.

Not FRESH AT ALL!! All Toppings look old and not good. Everything is dirty and dusty. (Register, restrooms). Soda Machine not clean and building up mold. Drinks are hot 🥵

Find a different Subway.

We stopped by to get a sandwich on our way to southern Colorado. Our sandwiches had little meat and cheese. They were a complete mess to eat while trying to drive.

Work nights, subway is always easy but this location opens at 9am. I've been standing outside waiting for them to open the doors. Currently 9:05am, called twice. Currently 9:10am, even after 9:20am they still didn't open their doors. Very disappointing.

I ordered a salad ( Italian BMT) I asked him to cut up the vegetables ( tomato & cucumber) he begrudgingly did this. Then he did not cut up the meat. Put it as is in the salad which did not have much lettuce. His attitude left much to be desired? If he’s the only one there, if I go back to that one on Castle Pines Pkwy, I will leave & not order from him. Get rid of him. He does not want to be thrre.
