I love Subway. This location is especially clean and we'll organized, however, so it especially impressed me.

I must compliment the manager that hires the young men that work the night shift at this subway. A few months ago, I came in with my young son, we were headed camping and atv-ing, we stopped at this castle pines subway on our way to Rampart. My son was super excited, giving me hugs, lots of smiles. The young man working the counter, I believe his name is Trevor, he gave me the coolest compliment ever - he told me I'm the richest man on earth because of the relationship I have with my son. What a cool thing to say. The next time I was in, I talked to Trevor again, he told me about his other job working at a tire shop - this kid is what it's all about, he has an amazing work ethic, probably works 14 hour days between the two jobs, and knows how to make customers feel amazing even at the end of a long day.
Fast forward to tonight - another young man was working. I wish I caught his name, but he too was impressive. He told me about an interaction with another customer earlier, the customer lost his wallet in the store. This young man found it, called the guy - and apparently rather than simply thanking the young man for finding the wallet, apparently he implied that some of his cash was missing. Not all of it, and none of his credit cards were gone, but he kinda had the kid flustered, as if he thought the kid took the money. Who finds a wallet, and only takes part of the cash, leaves all of the credit cards, then calls the person who lost it? Nobody - any real thief would have taken all the cash and credit cards and thrown the wallet in the trash. No way this young man did anything other than the right thing.
Management at this Subway deserves high praise for the people they've hired. They truly are making a great impression and making your business stand out as excellent.

horrible place, don’t try to call them and waste your time they won’t answer….i couldn’t order my 6-7 sandwiches for my birthday party ! :(

Don’t eat here! Ordered online. Paid for double meat- didn’t get. Sub was put together in a haphazard manner. Wasn’t toasted. The meat, however, was warm which is concerning because I watched the young man make the sandwich. The fountain drink machine has clearly not been cleaned in some time. The drinks were disgusting. The store not clean. Would appreciate a full refund.

Ordered online only to get to the store and they are out of meatballs. Employee was unable to cancel my order and refused to refund my money. He said his boss doesn’t like giving refunds. I paid for a product, if you can’t provide said product you issue a refund.
Store is understaffed and dirty. Take some pride in your business.

Absolutely no food handling training here.
Watched an employee cut a sandwich that had mayo on it, then without changing or cleaning the knife, went and cut my sandwich.
Having severe allergies to mayonnaise I asked to remake my sandwich. The employee proceeded to tell me he could just cut the ends off my sandwich (that I’m paying full price for) and it would be fine.
What an idiot. Nobody knows what they are doing at this Subway. Stay away from this location.

Nothing on the moblie order was correct. Terrible service and horrible attitude from the workers to boot. No wonder subway is going down hill.

Not FRESH AT ALL!! All Toppings look old and not good. Everything is dirty and dusty. (Register, restrooms). Soda Machine not clean and building up mold. Drinks are hot 🥵

Server's seems to get more and more irritated as me and my kids ordered our sandwiches and even snappy as other customers came in. we were there on 6/4/25 at about 11:30-12pm
Oh god! I didn't like the whole experience; I got a new nacho thing, and for some reason, my daughter and I hated it. Sorry, my bad experience made me do this review, which I never expected to do for one of my favorite chains.
Find a different Subway.
We stopped by to get a sandwich on our way to southern Colorado. Our sandwiches had little meat and cheese. They were a complete mess to eat while trying to drive.
Funny thing is they spoke with me on the phone about managing this place about 6-8 months ago. Glad I passed.
