I ordered a salad ( Italian BMT) I asked him to cut up the vegetables ( tomato & cucumber) he begrudgingly did this. Then he did not cut up the meat. Put it as is in the salad which did not have much lettuce. His attitude left much to be desired? If he’s the only one there, if I go back to that one on Castle Pines Pkwy, I will leave & not order from him. Get rid of him. He does not want to be thrre.

They got my entire order wrong and don’t pick up their phone to settle the problem, I’m gonna try and settle this and just charge back my card with this type of quality and service, like my sandwich was the wrong bread and literally just sauce and the wrong toppings, it wasn’t even the right sandwich .

Everything was fresh as always we tried the new psychics, the foot-long cookie, the pretzel and the churro stick and they was a hit shoutout to Hannah she is the only one working there handled it so well she was calm, collected apologetic to the customers who have been waiting altogether Hannah I gave you five stars girl and if anybody is looking for a job subway is hiring again thanks Hannah ?✅ 5 ⭐️

I’ve tried twice in the last couple weeks to pick up sandwiches for my kids and both times they were randomly closed. First time was 3:30 on a weekday - with the open sign lit. Someone came to the door, said they were manager training, closed the door in my face, and locked it. Second time was a Saturday evening. A sign taped on the door says “closed on weekends” - but hours are not updated online.

Online it says they're open till 10:00 p.m. came in to buy several sandwiches for me and the fam effort getting here got here parked kid was watching me from inside waiting for me to get out the car come all the way up to the door just to open it cracked it open said we're closed sorry at 7 p.m. what Subway closes at 7:00 I'll tell you the one in Castle pines avoided at all costs waste of time money energy and effort getting here. 7:00 p.m. what a joke!

I ordered food and when I got to the restaurant, they refused to provide what I paid for even after showing them the app with the transaction ID and the credit card charge. It appears they are intentionally charging customers and not providing them what they paid for.
