This is the 3rd time in a row! Ordered chicken cantina crispy taco. I always order 2 and no sauce because I am allergic to ingredients in it. Today my husband verified 3 times at the drive thru window that it has no sauce they assured him it was correct. He gets home and guess what. It’s loaded with that sauce almost more sauce than chicken! It’s not that hard to not put something on your food!! This is the 3rd time we have been to this Taco Bell and the same exact issue all 3 times! Now I’m reporting to corporate! If I would have eaten that, there would be problems!

This place put super soggy meat in our tacos and they were all trash by the time we got them where they needed to go. So wet the shell stick to the wrapper. I used to love taco bell in High-school. Honestly my favorite, these places have slid so far from when we kids it is not even funny. The decades menu is awesome, trip down memory lane. My kids didn't like soggy tacos so we won't be back.
Vegetarian options: Veggies box was my wife's favorite for while.

Ordered on the Taco Bell app for delivery. The food never arrived. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with door dash, who ultimately said that even through they failed to deliver the food I had to call Taco Bell. Called Taco Bell and they have no record of the order. This is a complete shit show and I’m out 30 bucks because these two incompetent corporations can’t take accountability for anything.

Didn't bother to properly wrap my food and threw it in the bag. When I reached into the bag my entire hand was covered in burrito and taco mush, nothing edible. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Everyone that I know that goes to this location has nothing but bad things to say, and unfortunately all of the negativity is very true. Until this place gets new management and employees, this place can kiss my business goodbye.
Quick service at the drive-thru, pleasant person at the pick-up window. The burrito and taco had a lot more iceberg than meat or cheese. I stopped because I was hungry and in a hurry. My belly was filled, but it was far from a satisfying meal.

I ordered a potato burrito and didn't get potato. Then I ordered again another day and again didn't get the potato, and I asked multiple times if it was for sure with potato and was told yes....nope! Then I ordered today and asked for 4 sausage and a bacon. I got all of them with saus and bacon. Not what I asked for. So 2 people didn't eat bc of that. I also waited for 23 mins in the drive-thru with 1 person ahead of me. So I will not be returning to this location and It's frustrating.
