Food was prepared well but the folks that work there for more than minimum wage have a difficult time adhering to the ask. Please work to get orders straight
Been going to Taco Bell for 50 years. I still love their red chili bean and cheese Burritos!!

I'm writing in to inform management regarding an employee of your Castle Rock Taco Bell in Colorado. I went to pick up an Uber Eats order at the Taco Bell located at; 217 Metzler, Dr. Castle Rock, Colorado on January 18th at 8:56pm. When I arrived, I saw one employee sitting in a red car with his friend smoking weed. The smell of the weed was horrendous. I took a few photos of the car and employee. When I walked into Taco Bell to get my order, there was absolutely no one in there nor behind the counter. I waited and waited and decided to just grab my own order that was sitting on the counter. I looked around to see if anyone was there so I could tell them I'm picking up an Uber Eats order but no one was there. I walked out and the employee was still sitting in the car with their windows cracked still smoking weed. When you have employees smoking weed and go back to serve the food where they do not use gloves, your customers are in danger of getting a contact high. I looked right at him in the car, and he didn't care and didn't even get out of the car. I waited around the corner of Taco Bell and saw him eventually get out. I then took photos of him. I will include the photos with this complaint. Taco Bell needs to really be careful with their employees. They should be drug tested and wear gloves while prepping the food. Contact highs are just as bad as the smoker who is smoking. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Went to get two box meals. Messed up the order really bad, came in the next day to get it fixed had issues because I couldn't find the receipt which is my fault. But what wasn't good is the manger that did take the order the night prior doesn't know the menu and was confused clearly and remembered enough to remake my order after waiting forever... Once I finally got the food half of it was cold and gross while the tomatoes were completely frozen making everything soggy and just sad. This is the 4th major mess up with missing items and cold nasty food.

This location beats the sothern castle rock locations butt, always a good experience at this location

Should have read the reviews. Don’t do an online order because they will forget part of your order. Every review on here says that, I should have checked ahead of time. I would have known that I needed to be more diligent.
Also check your food for plastic and foreign debris. Found a nice plastic wrapper of some type in the quesadilla my toddler was eating.
Adios Taco Bell. Won’t be back. Taco Bell corporate offered me a 5$ coupon. GTFOH

Placed an order on the app which was easy to use. I ordered two box meals and 8 other items. We picked up in the drive through which took longer than necessary considering there were only two cars in front of us. After getting two bags of food (no boxes) we decided to pull into the parking lot to check and make sure we had all our food. Well we had 5 items missing. I went back in and got the missing items. By the time we got home the food was cold and soggy. The tostada was a joke (pictured) and this is an example of what most of the food looked like.
