I began my adventure to Castle Pines with The Berg Haus! Their menu is short and simple, which I like! Their Berg Cabernet Sauvingon was SO GOOD. Got the Bavarian pretzel last night and that was delicious. Waitstaff was super nice. The large table we sat at had some kind of epoxy resin that had some art thing underneath. Can't quite remember exactly what it was but I remember it was a super cool table. Picture of part of it in my review with the mini top hat and wine glass....
QuickTake: a casual spot for some traditional food, and good drinks selection. A casual, local spot for burgers and wings!After living in Castle Pines, for a few years we finally dropped in to try berg haus. On this evening, it was fairly empty, however, it can get pretty packed on the weekends, or sporting events.
