Great from scratch food and menu. Food can take some time, due to the fresh ingredients, but it's worth it. Everything we have had here is delicious and the drinks and atmosphere are wonderful. perfect spot downtown Castle Rock.
I visited the restaurant for my wife's birthday dinner. Every single dish show its own creativity with the balance of taste. It was a great experience indeed, something I didn't expect in Castle Rock.

Gonna be really honest here.... I liked the accent of our Australian waiter more than the food but I got a thing for accents ? The Smothered Burrito with Chorizo, pickled onions and pico was quite delicious! I didn't even take anything home! My husband had the Green Chile Quiche !
