Slow, dirty
Won't put condiments on a lettuce wrapped sandwhich. My man, I'm using the drive through so I don't have to make a sandwich in my car.
I'll take my business elsewhere. Good Times didn't have this problem.
Perhaps Kevin should learn to keep rude comments to himself. I was a few quarters short when I originally ordered. Changed the order because I didn't want to dump my entire bag to find the change that was at the bottom. Before that, Kevin decided to make condescending comments about how expensive it is like I didn't already know that. $30 for two people is a bit ridiculous but I've grown use to it.

We’ve been to this location in the past, and to be honest, it used to be hit or miss… but not anymore. This place has done a full 180. The restaurant was clean, the food was hot, fresh, and came out fast, and the staff was actually smiling and on point. It felt like everyone was locked in and cared about the customer experience.
Maria deserves all the credit — she’s running this place like a well-oiled machine. You can tell she leads by example. The vibe was positive, the service was fast, and everything felt 10x better than your average fast food stop.
It’s rare to see this kind of turnaround, and I just want to give credit where it’s due. If you haven’t been to this Wendy’s in a while — GO. You’ll see what I mean. 👏👏👏

Decided to give the location another chance after the last few poor experiences I have had here. My son really wanted to try the new Takis chicken sandwich, so ordered him the meal and a caramel frosty for myself. Well, they never cease to disappoint at this location. Got the order and drove away to find they gave me the incorrect frosty, one thinned out enough to drink through a coffee stirrer and he discovered his fries were room temp and not good. Next he opens his sandwich to find they had gotten this incorrect as well (the whole reason for the visit). Normally I would turn around and get it corrected. However, I knew it would take them the rest of the evening to get an order correct and I also did not want to interrupt their conversation (the staff was talking, joking and laughing the whole time I waited in the drive thru). If you are counting, they got 100% of our order wrong and it wasn't someone else's order as NO ONE was there (should have caught the hint). I can only assume based on my experience and others in this thread, the owner is using this business as a write off and intentionally running the operation into the ground. Shame Wendy's has not yet taken note.
Online ordering does not work here. Talked to manager, and he could not care less. "I don't know what you want me to do about that" was the response.

This may be the worst run place we’ve ever been to. The girl at the drive through is just a rude angry person for no reason today. Last week we went in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes with people looking at us and not saying a word and just left so we tried one more time. Never again.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for a restaurant before, but this is easily the best Wendy’s, I think I’ve ever gone to everything was super fresh and the workers there were absolutely hilarious

Compared to other Wendy’s the food tastes much better in my opinion. The wife and I travel and the taste varies. This one just hits my taste buds best.

I just went through the drive through and the person collecting the money was rude I was told by another associate that's because he really didn't understand english that good. I said kindness to others is a universal language. Last time I went to Wendy's i ordered chili and the beans were hard as a Rock. I told today about that and I was told because they were old and this batch should be good. I ordered a junior cheeseburger and it was cold the bread was hard. I will be returning that. The chili taste ok. Please be kind to customers and cook there food right. Thanks

I was very disappointed to find out this local Wendy's no longer supports it's Veterans on Veterans Day. Being in Castle Rock, this was very surprising. All other Wendy's I've visited on Vets Day over the years offer a free breakfast to Vets. This one unfortunately doesnt and laughed at me for asking. Disappointing. Ill definitely be reconsidering my ongoing patronage at this location.

Just spent 37 dollars tonight had to wait for my food like pull up to the door from drive through get home the food was cold and the chicken wrap was with old chicken very disgusting!
