I got really bad food poisoning from here, still feel like Juan did something to my food.
We called in an order about three hours before the Super Bowl, hoping we weren't too late. The young lady on the phone was super sweet, helpful, and patient and said it would be ready in about 30 minutes. I got to the store and was welcomed as soon as I walked in. There were about 20 employees there, working the rush. The young girls were very sweet and professional and everything was ready. A young man went over the receipt of the order with me, which was a first at any place I'd ever done take out from! Everything was correct and, sure enough, it was there in the bag when I got home. The wings were perfect, blue cheese fresh, and hot sauce was just what I was hoping for. The management here obviously knows how to hire good talent and run a strong store. We'll be back.

The lady at the counter was on her phone for about 15 minutes while I was waiting for her to take my order. After waiting for so long I eventually just left. The service is awful here, I do recommend.

Twice in a row they have messed up my to-go / delivery order in a pretty major way. First time they forgot to put my order of fries in the bag. Second time I ordered and paid for 30 bone-in wings and they gave me 30 boneless wings.
