Writing this review 3 years after last going to Yolandas. Since then I’ve traveled to 10 different countries and experienced some of their finest cuisines. Nothing comes in comparison to Yolandas; especially their green chili burrito with Al pastor pineapple pork, or their salsas. I’ve eaten Turkish Kebap’s 5x the price of Yolandas burritos, but it falls short. Damn I miss it.

Wow - delicious fresh made guacamole and chips and tacos. I had the El Jefe and Camarones tacos. Delicious. My friend and I came to this restaurant with high hopes and it did not disappoint! Good prices and great food!

Had lunch here today. It’s quick, it’s reasonably priced, it’s great food. They validate parking in the lot right in front of the place.
I usually get the avocado tostado without meat. Today, I tried the special called the TacoQuesadilla. See my picture. You can choose the meat and I chose Asada, like fajita beef strips.
Another person with me chose the Yoly Bowl special. See my picture.
All their food is fresh! All their food is prepared with care. You cannot go wrong picking this place for a casual quick lunch that won’t break the bank. They never disappoint!
Oh, we all like the Salsa Fresca and fresh chips!

This is the stingiest Mexican restaurant ever. You have to beg for extra chips and salsa. And even if they charge extra the serving size is always different. They look at you sideways when you ask for them. Grown tired of this place.

This place is adorable! A cozy place to hang out with friends or just enjoy me time. The food is absolutely delicious and they're happy to adjust it to your liking. The flavors. The aroma will make you want more. The staff is wonderful. They're smiles are contagious and they go out of their way to make sure you are cared for. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, they're worth it.

This is our go to “we don’t have a plan/ need to shop” dinner alternatives! Food is always great and we have never had a bad experience. We will keep coming in for sure!

Usually i LOVE Yolandas, today I stopped by to grab some queso from them as usual and it was just lacking in every category compared to usual, there weren't any peppers or tomatoes as per usual, it wasn't as flavorful or salty and even less cheesey, it was basically less of or basically none of everything. I tried calling to complain and the employee was very dismissive. The sad thing is the lady working skipped the receipt thing on her crm so I cant even go in to get a refund or a redo
Downtown Castle Rock Parking is very difficult. Well worth it, though as everything on the menu is exceptional..
Best taco place in Colorado.

I have been eating at Yolanda's for several years now and I have to say they have been a lot busier than they used to be. I ordered ahead using Doordash the other day and even when I got there I still had to wait a half hour. Please note that you have to pay to park in their parking lot but can comp your parking when you get inside. Tickets get handed out very quickly
I can’t say enough great things about Yolanda’s Mexican! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like family. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, but the real star here is the food. Every dish bursts with authentic Mexican flavor — you can taste the love and tradition in every bite.
The chips are perfectly crisp, the salsa has just the right kick, and the house margaritas? Dangerously good. I ordered the carne asada plate, and it was hands-down one of the best I’ve had anywhere — tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. My friends raved about the enchiladas and fish tacos too. Portions are generous, and everything came out hot and fresh.
Shoutout to the staff — friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell this is a family-run place with pride in their craft.
Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Yolanda’s is the kind of spot you’ll keep coming back to. Five stars all the way!
I love Yolanda's tacos. Have been going here for years. But they have a parking pass setup that I was unaware of and I got a $60 ticket for being a patron there. Helpful and friendly manager Matt took care of this after I tried sending in my credit card statement to the billing company. But I probably won't come back due to the hassle.

Service was great food was a little bland for $12 nachos I expect a more flavored Queso at least ? Maybe add some salt ? The salsa shouldn’t be what stands out in a dish. This is comimg from a Hispanic woman who has had everything from hole in the wall places to sit down Mexican restaurants. It was okay. It could be a lot better.
