Went there today to try a place we haven't been yet and this place has pretty good reviews online and word of mouth. I am assuming our experience may have been an outlier, and I encourge you to try places yourselves, but we had a horrible experience. The service was next to non existent to where I actually went to get my own refill and over 30 min for an appetizer. I will say the waitress may have not heard me when we asked for an order of tots as an appitizer, but as i said it was well over 30-40 minuted before we saw our waitress again and that was only when i went inside to get my refill. The inside was empty too, so busyness not the reason. Most of the food was very dry and or tasteless, and I am far from a picky eater or food critic. Half of my wife's sandwich, chicken parmesean, had zero chicken, all dried out crust. I mentioned this to the server and she did say sorry, but just brushed it off. We got sandwiches, so maybe their pizzas are better but we won't be going back.

We went and met some new friends here the other night. What a fantastic little place. The atmosphere was cool, the service was top notch and the food was very good.

Cool spot, unfortunately our pizza was burnt and they tried to remove the most burnt parts to make it passable. If you like extra crispy pizza then this is a good spot.

This is one of our top go-to places in town. The wings are always seasoned just right, the sandwiches are loaded, and the pizza is amazing. The crust has that perfect chewy texture, and the portions are super generous. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. This spot is an absolutely must try if you’re looking for a great meal.

This place is very popular, came here for dinner and a couple drinks while in Castle Rock for a meeting. The pasta was really well made and enjoyed their pizza as well. We share the Beef Short Rib Fettuccini and a Margherita Pizza. The crust was a little burnt but it was still edible. Service was fair, start off strong but then as we ate and finished it seemed as if our waiter lost interest in serving us as we didn't look like we wanted to order more, but i really could have used more beer. Sat outside and it was fine, kind of weird sitting outside on the curb vs. an established patio so that was a little uncomfortable esp. being away from the main patio and on an island (could have attributed to why our service got worse). Would go back, but maybe sit inside next time.

I liked it, like other people I was greeted almost immediately by a friendly person and seated in a nice booth, the server came almost immediately and asked us what we wanted then brought our initial drinks immediately, he even let us taste a wine before we chose. They cooked the pizza just like I asked them and gave us updates on how long it was going to take since I ordered one that typically takes about 30 minutes to cook. I'm looking forward to another meal there as the menu looks quite interesting. Overall price for two of us was about 80 dollars including tip.

The first time we came in about 2 months ago was a great experience. The food is very tasty and the happy hour prices are pretty solid.

Today was honestly, a very poor experience. When our appetizer came out, we had to ask someone about 5 minutes later for napkins. We ordered a half & half pizza, but the pizza came out and it was not even close to half & half. I didn't get the chance to bring it up to the bartender because once the pizza got dropped off we weren't checked on for about 15 minutes. Once they did finally come around I was finally able to ask for silverware so I could help remedy my pizza slices having the toppings I didn't want on them. I'm not one to usually write a review to complain because I'm a bartender as well, so it takes a lot to actually upset me. Watching the entire service staff congregate at the opposite end of the bar joking around and playing on their phones while I'm sitting here frustrated about my order while my girlfriend had an empty wine glass for 10 minutes pushed me to the point that I figured it was worth leaving a review about this underwhelming experience.

First time here and won’t be the last. Great cozy atmosphere, great service and such delicious food. The risotto tots were the BEST.

This pizza experience was very mids. I probably won’t ever order from here again. Arrived to the restaurant 10 minutes after the estimated pickup time to be told that it’s not ready yet. Then was brought my order quickly after. For it being “ready right then” it was not very warm. Boxes borderline cold to the touch. I knew driving home my expectations would not be met.

Bread bites: Marinara was very good. The bread was seemingly made from over proofed dough. Very airy and bubbly. Some were crispy, some doughy. Highly inconsistent.

Garlic parm wings: Mostly over cooked. Inconsistent. Some were dry. Others semi juicy. Peeling back from the bone to a point you can visually see it’s over cooked. And I got an artichoke disguised as a wing. Hope that didn’t count towards this dismal 1/2 lb of wings.

I ordered 3 pizzas, 16” Alfredo, 16” cheese, and 10” pepperoni.

Not at all impressed by the dough. Very Chewy and not very crispy, unless it’s one of the MANY bubbles in the crust and throughout the pizza, which it’s then either burnt or too crispy.

Not enough sauce on any of the pizzas. Definitely feels dry after having moisture cooked out of it.

Every slice was inconsistent to the slice next to it leading to a very different pizza experience in every slice.

The chicken on the Alfredo pizza was over cooked, dry and flavorless. Tasted like plain boiled chicken.

It may have won awards in Castle Rock, but this Za shop has leagues to go to be renowned.

We were those people, you know the ones who come in 25 minutes before closing. Not only was the bartender lovely to us, the food was fabulous! (We took it to go) We can’t wait to come back and dine in!

Z'Abbracci has a warm ambiance and a welcoming staff, which set the stage for what I hoped would be a memorable meal. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to the atmosphere.

The highlight of the evening? The meatballs—easily the best thing we tried. They were... fine. Not life-changing, not something I'd write home about, but they did their job. If you're looking for a culinary equivalent of a polite handshake, these meatballs are it. Presented with a bit too much flair for what they are, but hey—confidence is key.

The tiramisu had good flavor but lacked structure. It was more of a soft collapse than a layered dessert, but still enjoyable if you don’t mind chasing it around your plate.

Service was timely and friendly, no complaints there. Overall, a very average dining experience. If you're in the area and hungry, it'll do. Just don't expect to be dazzled.

This place is absolutely lovely.

The service: we were warmly greeted as soon as we came in, and we waited about 5 minutes for our party of 6 (and a half). Our server was prompt and friendly. One item was missed when they put our order in, and they had it out hot and ready within another 5-10 minutes. Very impressed! Our drinks were always filled and our dishes were cleared away with haste.

The food: FANTASTIC! We went during half price appetizers happy hour and I lost count how many of them we ordered, along with 2 of their pizzas of the day. There wasn’t one thing that wasn’t absolutely delicious on our table, right down to the skillet cookie with vanilla gelato.

The atmosphere: it looks small when you walk in but it’s actually really big once you see all of it. Offers a nice ambiance of privacy for your party while also not feeling cramped. Our party of six fit very comfortably in one of their booths with room to spare.

To wrap it all up, what a gem of a restaurant. Do yourself a favor and stop on in, even better during happy hour ;)
