Ziggi's is hands down the best coffee shop around. Jackie and Julia, the amazing managers, are the heart and soul of this place. Their leadership, friendliness, and attention to detail create such a welcoming environment that I can’t help but keep coming back. They truly set the bar high for what a local coffee shop should feel like.
And I’ve got to shout out Michelle, who’s always a bright spot when I come in. Her energy and friendliness make every visit even better.
The coffee (and energy drinks haha)? Always perfect. The staff? Fast, friendly, and just awesome. I probably spend way too much time here—they’ve got my order down to a science at this point—but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Ziggi’s is my go-to spot when I’m not at the office, and I can’t recommend it enough. Big thanks to Julia, Jackie, and Michelle for making it such a fantastic place to be!

I used to drive to this place in the morning before school for their campfire cocoas and they are amazing. I love the staff members with how sweet they are (even though it's early in the morning😅). It's a very welcoming and cozy environment when I eat inside, and being in the drive through doesn't take too long.😁

It’s a nice coffee shop with good place to hang around. They have drive thru as well. The coffee which I took was good but not great.
The staff was quick and they are working hard to manage in store and drive thru customers.

I love this place for a number of reasons. The staff is always friendly polite and joyful which I love. They seem to have a great menu with gluten-free options as well. Coffee tastes MUCH BETTER than that burnt Starbucks junk.

They took my review down. About two weeks ago I had signed up for Ziggis rewards and downloaded the app because my co workers had been bringing stuff from this shop for a while I decided it would be a good thing for me to use this shop. I received a free 16 Oz drink and had it scheduled to be picked up on a Friday at 12:30 Pm. I called the store I was going to be picking up from (15 S Rockrimmon Blvd) and told them I would be just a few minutes late for pickup and around 12:40 instead. The lady I was speaking to was very rude and way to loud I felt as thought I had done something wrong just telling her I would be late. She started yelling and saying there was no order for my name and that she only had one order today that wasn’t for me (it was for me) I told her I had a screenshot of my order and that I would like to show her that and she started arguing with me about just figuring it out at the store instead of before I get there which is horrible and inconvenient. I had to be at work shortly after so I wanted to get a clear path to follow when I arrived at the shop. I was being yelled at so I yelled back you’re yelling and your very rude. She started to say that she will not help me and to find another place, and then hung up on me. I called back to try and apologize and explain that I’m just trying to redeem my reward and I felt I was being attacked but Courtney, answered the phone and told me that she didn’t appreciate how rude I WAS to her co worker after they had just yelled at me on the phone when I was just trying to explain that I had a screenshot of an order they said they didn’t have.(my aunt is dying from throat cancer as we speak so I tried to explain that I yelled after being yelled at because I had felt attacked and tried to explain that I yelled because I felt I was being attacked and needed to defend myself) She said I don’t care about that. That’s not my problem. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that she was a manager. At this point I realized I was talking to a seriously unprofessional/ undeveloped customer service representative. If this is how your shop is run and the employees you hire , then this is a great store for people who love bullies and satan. There’s no love here all hate and petty behavior. I hope you can learn to hire an appropriate manager because otherwise your store/corporate is simply low class. Courtney is racist.

For non-coffee drinkers, this place has so many amazing options. We have been going here every Tuesday for almost a year, and it never disappoints.On top of the amazing drinks, the service is always fast, friendly, and extremely kind. I would absolutely recommend giving this place a shot.

Ordered two juices, a Chai, and a coffee. The juices need to have allergy warnings on them as my mom had an allergic reaction to the coconut. The iced Chai and iced coffee were warm and tasted like flavored water.
