If I could give this place a negative amount of stars I would. We came in with a party of 16 and the place was empty when we arrived. We waited around for about 35 minutes before getting noticed. We got seated and waited around for a waiter to even notice us again. Very disappointed with the service and the food. Only good thing about this were the dinner rolls. Salad bar wasn't good. Staying in Cañon City for the night and wanted a salad bar with soup for supper. Perfect place for that and it was delicious. Couldn't resist trying the shrimp special too. Fantastic tasting and so well prepared. The service was great with the waiter very pleasant and attentive, meeting our needs. Would certainly return should we be in the neighborhood!
I hate to provide bad reviews since I want our local businesses to succeed but I have an obligation to warn humanity too! I could write a War and Peace book on K-Bob's in Canon City but instead I'll give you the pro"s. If you have time to wait (1 hour or more) this is your place. If you like to remain incognito with the Servers, this is your place. The food is OK, they never said they were the Ritz.
