Was just here for a pick-up and had amazing service by Nate. He promptly greeted me, was friendly, and he gave me an order update a couple of times. The place was crazy and he was the only one up front. He was doing some awesome multi-tasking. This guy gets customer service! Thank you!

3 times tonight they screwed up our delivery. Nothing right anytime. When I called to talk to the owner (since our night was messed up) I was told I couldnt have their name or number. Yes I was beyond mad. Was told a lie about the first delivery, that we were called. NEVER happened. Second delivery only had half the order (this was 2 hours later after ordering) Called in then. I was hoping this was an old school stand alone Pizza Hut but it wasn't. It is located in a strip mall. However it is a dine in location and it's unfortunate that my wife and I had to drive nearly an hour to find one. It's sad to see this trend. The male waiter was incredible. He was pleasant and attentive without being a nuisance. I love pan pizza but do not like todays undercooked pizzas. We asked that we have our pizza well done and he made sure it was.
