This was a good spot, not great. Everything was sort of American Mexican - nothing really spicy, lots and lots and lots of cheese on everything. I had a combo plate with a chile relleno (soft, in egg batter), beef enchilada and beef taco. Plus a margarita that had a nice flavor. Huge inside. Great location by the movie theater. Friendly staff.
Food was okay. A little bland, but not terrible. I got the chimichanga and it really was nothing to write home about. The margs were good and were only $5 when we went for dinner on a Tuesday night. A steal compared to other places we've been to in Canon City. Service was good. We were seated quickly and the waiters were always right there when we needed them. All in all it was just an okay experience.

The atmosphere was nice & authentic. The waitstaff was friendly & attentive, gave great service. They spoke good English....some reviewers seemed to think they didn't.?. The portions were large & the food was yummy, came out in a decent amount of time! The salsa was not our favorite, too runny/watery...but chips were good & the rest was great so no biggie. We'd visit again if ever in that city.
