Can't say enough good about this place. My dog (and traveling companion) was made welcome and treated like royalty - always a challenge, when you have a big dog with anxiety. Food was delicious, wait staff friendly and fun. The cook even brought out a piece of bacon as a treat for my dog.So many restaurants don't welcome dogs, and only grudgingly accept service dogs. Lost Mesa Grill stands out, and I'll definitely be back next time I'm passing through town.
Stopped for lunch and we had steak salad, corn bacon chowder, and fish & chips. ALL of it was fantastic!! Best tarter sauce I've ever had. Chowder was thick and creamy with lots of substance (NOT mostly taters!!), cod was freshly battered and fried perfectly. My friend said the steak salad had all the ingredients she uses when she makes a good salad, but this one was better! The effort put forth from the staff SHINES!! ?

We stopped by in ol cedarberry (Cedaredge) one of my many, hometowns from, child hood.Decided we need a quick bite to eat.Stopped by the Lost Mesa Grill, and really enjoyed it.They have coloring books for kids to use.
