Absolutely the best sushi I have had in the Denver metro area. The fish is perfection. The rolls have incredible flavor combinations where the star is the fish. Perfect sushi rice. Large selection of nigiri and sashimi. I can’t wait to keep coming to this place.

First, the windows are so dirty inside and out. It looked unappealing from the parking lot but even worse inside. Don't look at the baseboards if you eat here!Second, there are two doors here. The one that is not in use should be marked from the outside. Other customers and I had parked on the wrong side of the entrance.Third, the EDM music was so loud in here at 11:30 AM that my guests commented that it sounded like a night club.Fourth, the halfway to the bathroom was very cluttered and even worse the hallway and bathrooms smell absolutely disgusting. What is that soap??!!! Eau de cheap and gross??Fifth and most important. Rolls were not rolled tightly. Fish was warm and flavorless.Won't go back.

This place is an absolute gem. Hands down my favorite sushi restaurant in Colorado. Our favorite pieces are the scallop, baby yellowtail, black snapper and sweet shrimp. I really hope that they would keep up their quality and service. Will definitely come back when I visit Colorado again! Really love this place.

Ordered several sushi rolls from their happy hour and was not disappointed at all. So delicious. Service was prompt. Will definitely return.
Bathrooms were ok. Could of been cleaned better but we're good to use. Better than I expected.

Honestly wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Their service is great, the food is great, and their atmosphere is modern. I've gone back a couple of times and they are consistent, which is another plus.Edit: I am now a frequent diner at Asaka sushi with my family. I've dropped a lot of money here and it was worth it all. We drive from Aurora, skip over 10 sushi joints to come here. 5 stars shall remain.

I take my son here for lunch pretty often. The wait staff is always very attentive and the food is great. Try the Mexican roll, sounds weird, but it’s one of our favorites.
