Great locally owned pizza place that has charm for days. Big Bill’s looks like what you want a hidden gem, hole in the wall pizza place to look like - lots of old dark wood, booths for seating (with lots of people dining in), has a great mural on the wall in memory of 9/11, you can see people making your food and the staff is really friendly.Our pizza had a great flavor. Nothing to complain about. The food was good and was ready within the time frame they said for pick up. Not the best pizza I've ever had but you can't go wrong with eating here over your usual pizza chains.
Second time here in a week, and first with my NY-born, pizza-loving critic wife. She agreed with my previous assessment. This is the best and most authentic NY-style pizza we've ever had outside of NY/NJ. Our minds are blown, because for years, we've heard it's the NY water that makes the pizza so different there from anyplace else across the country that tries to mimic the thin crust delicacy.
