This store is always busy at the times I visit which are typically half-off days. Additionally this store is almost always understaffed. This review isn't for the store as a whole which would probably only get a 2 or 3-star review, but this review is for KiKi the bartender who despite getting dealt bad cards with being busy and understaffed most of the time does a great job managing the situation. She is always prompt, accurate, apologetic about the situation, and does her absolute best to keep things moving. She is a big part of why this store doesn't fall apart and deserves recognition. Despite the conditions here usually not being the best, we keep coming back and sitting at the bar because KiKi is good at her job.

Trashy service! Didn’t get food, no one took our order. Ordered 2 drinks just for it to take 30 minutes for us to be told they were out. Service was non existent. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend this location.

Our waitress took forever to greet us. Then air-conditioner turned on full blast and was blowing all our paper around the table. We had to weigh everything down with the salt, pepper, ketchup ect. When we asked if it could be turned off she said, oh it's broken or something, that why people hate sitting here..? the restaurant was not full at all so why would you keep sitting people in an area that everyone hates? She for got the silverware when we got there. We ordered an appetizers and 2 meals. My husband got his burger and my meal came out 15 min later. Then I told someone we never got out appetizers and that I needed silverware. That person told our waitress and she came by. We told her about the app and the silverware, she left, and a while later came back by and I said, can i get the silverware?! By the time she came back with the silverware all my food was cold due to the wait, and the wind tunnel we were sitting in. When we were both done with our meals the appetizers came out. About 10 fryed soggy pickles all stuck together. What a disappointment. I guess they are banking on their customers being too drunk to care about customer service or quality of food.

Regular customer since 5 yrs and I can say that service has gone down the drain recently. The lady at the desk needs to learn on how to handle the customers and the waiting line. She put us on the waiting line for 30 min and started seating the customers who were coming after us, when questioned she told me that she has no control over the waiting line. I mean seriously? Finally after waiting for an hour, we got a table and she had the audacity to tell me to be kind to the server. I dont think I need to learn that from a person who has zero common sense. Even after this horrible experience, we did tip your server more than she deserved. I AM NEVER EVER VISITING THIS /2024 . Checked-in at 7:30 PM and got the table at 8:40 PM, first drink was served at 9:00 PM that too when there were hardly 20 customers in the restaurant

We were hosting a large event for a Sunday morning/lunch and placed a very large order with BWW. I was sweating out the timing, as they had to be at the event by 10:00am. They were extremely accommodating, brought in cooks early to get it done, and even got them done early. They included 500 boats for serving, carrots, celery, napkins - everything we needed.The wings were delicious and everyone enjoyed them. I can't thank Megan (the Manager) and the staff enough for over-delivering and exceeding my expectations; because of them, the event went off without a hitch! Thank you!!

After tonight, I will probably never visit another Buffalo Wild Wings again. It's sad to see these chain restaurants quality of food go way down. Management does not even care, nor check on guests. Wings used to be a staple for Buffalo Wild Wings many years ago, but now mostly dry, and over sauced. That's what happens when chains get too big, quality of food, service, and management goes way down.

The fries taste like they were sitting around in the kitchen. No one came to our table for a while drinks took forever. Not a warm inviting atmosphere. The waitress kept apologizingThe customer service motto is 'whatever'?!It was my first visit and my last visit! I saw this family waiting like we did & I went over to warm them and to look at there reviews! I should of looked before eating there. A lot teenagers need I say more?
