We were hosting a large event for a Sunday morning/lunch and placed a very large order with BWW. I was sweating out the timing, as they had to be at the event by 10:00am. They were extremely accommodating, brought in cooks early to get it done, and even got them done early. They included 500 boats for serving, carrots, celery, napkins - everything we needed.The wings were delicious and everyone enjoyed them. The fries taste like they were sitting around in the kitchen. No one came to our table for a while drinks took forever. Not a warm inviting atmosphere. The waitress kept apologizingThe customer service motto is 'whatever'?!It was my first visit and my last visit! I saw this family waiting like we did & I went over to warm them and to look at there reviews! I should of looked before eating there. A lot teenagers need I say more?
