This is the third time I’ve ordered online through the app and my food is never waiting in the mobile order pick up shelf, here I am waiting 13 minutes passed my order time with three other people waiting! My order was hanging on the board and I had to ask the cashier about my food and she pulled the ticket from the board 15 minutes passed my promised order time I get my food. I understand that the restaurant gets busy but you need to find a different system for online orders...read full review
This place definitely recommend cheap prices and they went above and beyond at 9:30 making fresh steak really appreciate night shift definitely representing the brand
These portions 😭 awful. And every time I choose delivery, I ask to include utensils, and half of the time my food arrives without any. I understand it may be to prevent waste, but I’m not interested in eating my bowl with a plastic knife.
