Chipotle has gone in the can these last few years. Got catering, no warmers, everything lukewarm. Pay attention or u don’t get half the ingredients that used to be included. Pay extra for little things like full tortillas. Skimp on salad dressing. No customizing the order. Expensive. Not the company that got me through college, so disappointing.
We arrived at 6pm to an empty restaurant. We ordered dinner for the family. We all smiled, and were friendly and patient the whole time. Not one smile back, thank you, or any common courtesy. We ordered a fountain drink for my 10 year old daughter and they didn’t give us a straw or a lid even though it was to go. We had to interrupt the customer behind us to request one.
