I bought brown rice bowl last night, it was horrible.
Rice was not cooked and found yaky hair in the food.. spoiled my dinner and after eating I was not was feeling good ..
This is the third time I’ve ordered online through the app and my food is never waiting in the mobile order pick up shelf, here I am waiting 13 minutes passed my order time with three other people waiting! My order was hanging on the board and I had to ask the cashier about my food and she pulled the ticket from the board 15 minutes passed my promised order time I get my food. I understand that the restaurant gets busy but you need to find a different system for online orders...read full review
