“JoLynn and the staff are awesome. We were looking a long time for a caterer for a wedding with reasonable pricing, when we came across this site we knew we had found a gem. Their menu choices were great, the food was hot and tasty and the pricing was very affordable. She was so enthusiastic and organized she helped us with items we didn't expect like how to best layout the tables at the reception. She also helped with set up and clean up at the venue. The staff was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them.“

“These guys are amazing! They catered our backyard wedding. We had awesome communication the whole time. Melinda made it so I didn’t have to worry about anything. From appetizers, the bar and bartender… She even coordinated with the bakery for our cake and dessert. The pizza is DELICIOUS!! ( and I’m critical-lol). The team was so fun to work with and our guests felt like they were part of the group. Highly recommend them for your event. Find them wherever you can when they are on location.“

We have been long time customers since they opened, but now I’m rethinking that. Too many choices for good food in the area to be treated badly.“

“We used Rocky Mountain Catering for our wedding day on 4/5/24 and all I could say is WOW! They went above and beyond to make our special day just that! Jordan was phenomenal with helping us through the process. It was an added bonus that they were able to help with our event rental setup as well! Now onto the main reason everyone is reading reviews the FOOD! The food was absolutely hands down the best! I’ve been to a few weddings and the food the talk and not for the good. This was quite the opposite everyone raved about food and still continue too almost 2 months later! Everything was so flavorful and tender I wish I had more. David and his staff the day of were nothing short of spectacular! So polite and attentive. If y’all have the chance I highly, highly recommend you give them a shot you won’t be disappointed! I only had photos from our taste testing unfortunately but you can get the idea.“

“I was in a bit of a last minute situation for a company event and Modern Catering showed up. Clayton was very responsive and made the process very simple when picking which items I wanted, the contract, and the payment. The delivery was very straight forward, they dropped off and set it up everything was great. We will definitely use Modern Catering in the future.“
“Kimberly Crater is incredible. I was in town for our grandfather's funeral, and a friend recommended me to Kimberly to help with our grandfather's funeral reception. Not the happiest of events of course, and Kimberly was kind and respectful of the situation. She was easy to talk to and spent the time making sure what we wanted was well executed. To highlight her level of attention to detail, our family wanted a potato salad to represent Grandpa's favorite gathering food. She was very sensitive to this and even offered to recreate a family recipe. The whole family thought that was an amazing service to be willing to provide on such short notice. Grandma was really moved. Everything was included in the price, it was completely hands off for us so that we could just be present with family (not worrying about boxing things up to take home, or set up and take down). The quality of the food was fresh and totally perfect. The staff was respectful of the event and ready to help. It really was such a relief in such a sad and overwhelming time. I would highly recommend Encore Catering!“

“They catered our daughter's wedding (Jan. 23, 2021) and it was perfect. Everyone raved about the food - appetizers, salad, entrees and desserts. The service was attentive and gracious. We worked with Katie Quinn who was fabulous.; she was our point person. The salmon was delicious and the filet was cooked to perfection and so delicious. The mini trio of desserts were a big hit (the mini creme brulee was amazing!). The appetizers - tomato soup with grilled cheese, poached pear with sangria & blue cheese and a brie tart with lingonberry on top were so good. Thank you for a memorable evening for our daughter's wedding!“

“We love Carmine's and have been going there often for years. Last night was an off night and it wasn't busy. The staff was lovely and friendly but our food was barely warm. We had sausage and peppers. The flavor was delicious but they were not hot. We had a pear salad that the lettuce was so brown it shouldn't have been served. The dressing is one of our fav's and it was salty. The rolls, also one of our fav's, were burned. We are rarely disappointed when we go there but last night was a unfortunate.“

Chef Victor shared a passion for food with us, and he worked closely with us to design a menu that satisfied his creative impulses, our desire for sharing food with family, and everyone's hope that the meal would be amazing (it was). Many guests even asked us for recipes for different menu items. Highly recommend if you want an event meal that stands out from the rest.“

Chef Bella B traveled to our Airbnb in Bailey and made our anniversary dinner truly special. She was incredibly accommodating, customizing the Mediterranean menu to our preferences. And she delivered on all the flavors!!
The presentation of each dish was stunning. I still dream about the pumpkin falafel and yogurt sauce!! We were blown away by her culinary expertise and attention to detail.

“Wanting to entertain my colleagues I hired Chef Anthony Ramos to cater a cocktail party at my house. I asked for elegant but simple food to pass around and I definitely got more than what I paid for. Between the perfect amount of garlic on the escargot and the delicious flavor of the filling on the crab stuffed mushrooms my guests and I were more than impressed. I highly recommend Chef Anthony.“
