“Kimberly Crater is incredible. I was in town for our grandfather's funeral, and a friend recommended me to Kimberly to help with our grandfather's funeral reception. Not the happiest of events of course, and Kimberly was kind and respectful of the situation. She was easy to talk to and spent the time making sure what we wanted was well executed. To highlight her level of attention to detail, our family wanted a potato salad to represent Grandpa's favorite gathering food. She was very sensitive to this and even offered to recreate a family recipe. The whole family thought that was an amazing service to be willing to provide on such short notice. Grandma was really moved. Everything was included in the price, it was completely hands off for us so that we could just be present with family (not worrying about boxing things up to take home, or set up and take down). The quality of the food was fresh and totally perfect. The staff was respectful of the event and ready to help. It really was such a relief in such a sad and overwhelming time. I would highly recommend Encore Catering!“

“I got wonderful feedback on the food from so many guests at our wedding, Smokin JJ's delivered a wonderful BBQ spread- I wished they bottled and sold their sauces! My dad is still talking about the mac and cheese,. It was my favorite, too! Everything was set up on time, and they came in and set up swiftly with minimal direction. They even left my husband and I prepared appetizers in our getting ready room for us to take a breather, and our dinner preset on our table so we could come in and get food right away. At the end of the night, all leftovers were boxed up and ready to take home. Justin and Jasmine are an incredible team with wonderful people working on their staff. Would highly recommend!“

“Legit brisket / shoulder taco - Camino. Could taste the tallow, meat had excellent bark, salsa was fresh and tasted great. Wasn't sure I was in the right spot at first as the location is in an industrial kitchen, but the food was killer. Taco was huge. I'll be back.“

“I was in a bit of a last minute situation for a company event and Modern Catering showed up. Clayton was very responsive and made the process very simple when picking which items I wanted, the contract, and the payment. The delivery was very straight forward, they dropped off and set it up everything was great. We will definitely use Modern Catering in the future.“
“They catered our daughter's wedding (Jan. 23, 2021) and it was perfect. Everyone raved about the food - appetizers, salad, entrees and desserts. The service was attentive and gracious. We worked with Katie Quinn who was fabulous.; she was our point person. The salmon was delicious and the filet was cooked to perfection and so delicious. The mini trio of desserts were a big hit (the mini creme brulee was amazing!). The appetizers - tomato soup with grilled cheese, poached pear with sangria & blue cheese and a brie tart with lingonberry on top were so good. Thank you for a memorable evening for our daughter's wedding!“

“Absolutely incredible experience with Chef Jaroa at Dine with Roilty! He and his team cooked for us during our Ryder Cup golf tournament championship game, and the food was a huge hit. Everything was fresh, flavorful, perfectly prepared, and the presentation was on point.
He brought great energy to the event and made the entire dinner experience feel special. After a full day of competition on the course, having an amazing meal waiting for us was the perfect way to finish the championship.
Highly recommend Dine with Roilty for golf trips, private events, bachelor parties, or any occasion where you want great food and an experience people will actually remember. We’ll definitely be using him again!“

“Been eating Franks BBQ since they were first located in Bay City, TX. after finding out they had a location in Denver I always get my BBQ fix there. It's a long drive from Canon City, but always order a slab of ribs to go when in Denver. Franks son now runs the business. Good people and Great BBQ !“

Our planning liaison, Emily was terrific to work with, giving great menu planning advice and super fast replies to our questions and suggestions by phone and email; the food was delicious and the spread was delivered to the park location and set up right on time by our friendly, courteous server! “Suzanne at Food for Thought made the tea sandwiches for my dad’s 90th birthday celebration, and our whole family loved them! The smoked salmon and cucumber sandwiches were a hit, and the tuna was to die for. Everything was beautifully arranged and ready to serve for our 50 guests. Several people asked who had made the food.
Suzanne was professional and helped us order just the right amount. We had only a few leftovers, which we happily finished the next morning. The lemon curd and Devonshire cream were wonderful, too. Her pricing was an incredible value for the quality and care she put into everything.
Food for Thought operates from a commercial kitchen rather than a storefront, so don’t let the Google photo fool you. I’d happily order from Suzanne again!“
