Andrew is no doubt a phenomenal Chef, but his passion shines through talking about where the food comes from and how he prepares it. He prides himself on high quality/local ingredients and he has every right to! I love collaborating with him doing “The Perfect Pairing” events- I can’t wait to see where these collabs take us!!!
The chefs at Via Alba do a wonderful job using locally sourced ingredients for their delicious food. Wine pairings are always on point.
