Our last 3 visits to the Chipotle at 20209 E Smoky Hill Rd, have been an absolute disaster. Apparently no one in the store can make a hard shell for tacos, as the NEVER HAVE THEM. Our order is never right and by the time I get home and find out, I’m far too pissed off to go back to the store and not get arrested. Fast food workers want $15/hr and can’t make a taco correctly? We’ll just go on to Qdoba from now on. Advise you stay away from this $#itbox of a restaurant.
Without a doubt the worst chipotle in town. Always slow, inside is disgusting, employees are rude, order is never right.
Save your time, go to the one on Buckley and Quincy. Much better service.
This is closer, but I’ll never spend another dime here. Garbage establishment and garbage service. If I was the owner, I would be ashamed. All the one star reviews over the last 6 months should tell you all you need to know.
STAY AWAY!
This is the third time I’ve ordered online through the app and my food is never waiting in the mobile order pick up shelf, here I am waiting 13 minutes passed my order time with three other people waiting! My order was hanging on the board and I had to ask the cashier about my food and she pulled the ticket from the board 15 minutes passed my promised order time I get my food. I understand that the restaurant gets busy but you need to find a different system for online orders...read full review

Despite occasional mishaps with online orders, the overall dining experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill remains enjoyable and worth returning to.
