We had a wonderful experience last night celebrating my husband's birthday. Jodi our server was amazing and incredibly attentive. Our food was all cooked perfectly and delicious. Oyster's Rockefeller were delicious along with the French onion soup and the king crab and corn chowder was to die for. They let me bring a cake for my husband and even still gave us a dessert as well. They took pictures for us and sent them to my phone. Everything was perfect from the minute we walked in to the drinks, apps, soup, dinner and dessert. I cannot wait to come back for the Sunday happy hour and hang out at the bar. What a great atmosphere they have. Loved every minute of this wonderful restaurant. Thank you!!

Salmon was overcooked even though I ordered it “medium”. Supposed to be blackened, but looked grilled and had no spicy flavor. Mashed potatoes were a little on the dry side. No garlic flavor and they were supposed to be garlic mashed potatoes. Steak entrees were good!

Our party of 3 enjoyed a lovely meal at Eddie Merlot's. My salmon was cooked to perfection; my husband's filet was overcooked and dry....however, he did order it medium well to well. I thought the meal was very good and we had attentive service. I will return to Eddie Merlot's.

Had a great time at Eddie Merlot's. The staff were really friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We felt well looked add after. The restaurant was fairly busy - which was good. We shared a tomahawk and lobsters (which was on a special offer) and added sides. The steak was cooked perfectly and I highly recommend the jalapeño potato gratin! Our server was knowledgeable and helped us pick a good bottle of red to go with our meal. There was a good ambiance and we ended up striking up conversation with the table next to us too. We left full and happy!

Truly my favorite steakhouse in Colorado. Unassuming but elegant. Incredibly tasty and fun options. Great, bar area with TV for sports options but you can hear everyone at the table. Fun deals you can find by joining their email list and a points program. Mike

The staff was very kind, the food was excellent and the steaks were prepared very well. The tables were cleared from the appetizers etc very quickly and it gave us plenty of room throughout the meal. Highly recommend.

We visited Eddie Merlot’s on a quiet Thursday night—party of three. We had a reservation, but it turned out to be unnecessary as the place wasn’t busy at all. There was plenty of parking right around the building, which made arriving stress-free.
We were seated immediately, and our server greeted us promptly with water and took our drink orders. The service remained consistent and attentive throughout the evening—empty glasses didn’t stay empty long!
Our order:
Lobster Mac & Cheese
4 oz Louisiana steak (with shrimp & sausage)
16 oz New York Strip
Side of mushrooms
Calamari appetizer
Crème brûlée
Chocolate cake
1 soda
The steaks were absolutely fantastic—cooked to perfection, flavorful, and juicy. The lobster mac and cheese was rich and indulgent, and the desserts were a great way to end the meal. The only small miss was the calamari, which was a bit too salty and heavily battered for our taste.
The ambiance was upscale yet soothing, great for a relaxed dinner. Even the women’s restroom was a pleasant surprise: clean, well-maintained, and stocked with extras like mouthwash and cups—always a thoughtful touch.
Total before tip: $200 — well worth it for the quality, service, and experience.
We’d definitely return, especially for the steaks and overall service. Maybe we’ll skip the calamari next time.
