One of my best decisions was selecting Hosted Solutions. Their team is great. Its like we have our own Telephone Service Concierge. Josh does an amazing job as their customer service leader. We are a telephone centric service business and Hosted Solutions has been incredible partner helping us improve our service even though we had to decentralize for the Covid. Let me tell you, don't hesitate for a second to pull the trigger on working with Hosted Solutions. I have nothing but praise and admiration for their work over there. The solutions they sell have all worked perfectly and the support has been top tier. If you are thinking about moving over from your traditional phone system to a new IP hosted phone system, Hosted Solutions is the only company I would recommend.

My company used Hosted Solutions for several years with no issues until it came time to cancel our services. Patrick and I discussed cancelling over the phone, but were billed for two more months after cancelling. When we requested a refund for those two months, we were given the run around for several months before essentially being told no because there was no email documentation of exactly when we cancelled. There is no loyalty with this company and I do not recommend.
