Our experience today was a total let down. We ordered pick up at 3:40 pm thinking it's not a busy time, so we can have our food faster. The system told us food will be ready in 30 mins when order was placed. We came in 4:14pm to pick up the food and was told 8 more minutes , which was understandable. Came back at 4:22 pm, and was told the food was being packaged, great! Then for whatever reason, the next 20 mins, we were just waiting in front of the pick up line and seeing other people who came in later than us pick up their food, and the staff kept coming in and out of the kitchen not sure doing what, the restaurant didn't have many customers at the time, but still nobody engaged us or check in on our order seeing we've been standing in the middle of restaurant for the whole time. At 4:42pm, one lady came in later than us (who has also been waiting for her food for a while) complained about the wait and finally got the attention from the owner (Of course, she got her food faster than us). I asked the owner what about our order, and the staff checked with kitchen and told me the pasta was being cooked now!!! It's been an hour, I don't understand, it was not even the busy dinner time yet! Forgot to check on the time for how much longer we did wait till we got the food. The owner did apologize for the delay, and gave us a card for a free drink next time (which we won't need for a while). Came home and checked on the order (food was sealed in bags, and I was so ready to leave so didn't check onsite), guess what we found, missing garlic bread for the pasta meal, missing the extra for the pasta that we requested, and pizza was not even cut! Everything seems so rushed and yet extremely slow! What an experience!

Tonight was our third time here, and was a letdown. We were advised that the order would be ready in 30 minutes, and then it actually took an hour.
When we got home with the food, the pasta dish was missing the add on (baked mozzarella) we paid for as well as the side of garlic bread that comes with pasta dishes.
The first 2 experiences went well, but tonight was definitely a letdown down, unfortunately.

This is my first time ordering from this Pizza location, and I have to say I was very disappointed. Not the best Pizza go elsewhere. What was really odd as there was no staff in the front area when I came in… They were all in the back hanging out. Good luck to the franchise owner.

They get five-stars because by the time you read this, everything will probably be fine. However, if you are reading this anytime soon, expect some issues. We ordered a deep dish at 5, and didn't walk out with it until around 6:50. The pizza was great, but they are very clearly struggling with getting organization figured out in these early days of being open. Expect issues for right now, but hey...they'll get it figured out eventually.

I’m gonna be real honest and I’m prob not all that surprised as Rosatis was like the McDonald’s of pizza growing up in Chicago. The cheese and sausage was excellent, prob the best I’ve had in Colorado. The sauce and crust, mainly the crust was not good. Idk if you’re using frozen dough, altitude adjustments, or what the issue is but the crust is just not good. I also think the prices are pretty high, I can get the same thing better crust from other Chicago based restaurants for $5-$15 cheaper here in Denver metro.

Finally good Chicago food in Denver! The Chicago deep dish is just like the finest Chicago has to offer. The cheese curds are flavorful. The thin crust pizza is excellent as well. The owners and staff are friendly and provide excellent service. They have massive TVs on every wall. The had the Broncos and Bears games playing at the same time. The Chicago beef sandwich was delicious. We have had the deep dish pizza twice. My wife lived in Chicago for years and this is the only deep dish only pizza she likes in Colorado. I recommend you give this place a try!

I was overcharged for my pizza and the manager (justine) said she'd take care of it and I would receive a refund in days. It's been 3 weeks and I have not received a refund. I called the number on my CC bill and was surprised that it was the owner. he told me to call justine which i did and again she said she'd take of it and didn't. overall the pizza was very good but the restaurant is poorly run

Happy to say everything I got was a hit! Started off with the garlic parm wings that hit my expectation of crisp! Then got a thin crust pizza with oil, mushroom and spinach and wow, all to my liking! Ended with the zeppole and oh my goodness! So good! Definitely hit my sweet spot (: To top it off I had an outstanding bartender who met all my needs! Super friendly, super attentive, and all around just amazing! Kianna was a smash! Happy with my outcome of this place is an understatement! Definitely will be one of my top go2 places whenever I visit! When coming ask for Kianna! You will not be disappointed!

Everyone is so wonderful! Came on football Sunday and Kianna (the purple hair bartender), Justine (The manager), And the owners Jim and Linda were all so personable! The food was great and the tvs for the game? You couldn’t ask for a better spot! When the food is great, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the owners and staff are great, you know this place will be around for a long time! Can’t wait to come in again soon. I don’t live close by, but it’s worth the drive
