They get five-stars because by the time you read this, everything will probably be fine. However, if you are reading this anytime soon, expect some issues. We ordered a deep dish at 5, and didn't walk out with it until around 6:50. The pizza was great, but they are very clearly struggling with getting organization figured out in these early days of being open. Expect issues for right now, but hey...they'll get it figured out eventually.
Finally good Chicago food in Denver! The Chicago deep dish is just like the finest Chicago has to offer. The cheese curds are flavorful. The thin crust pizza is excellent as well. The owners and staff are friendly and provide excellent service. They have massive TVs on every wall. The had the Broncos and Bears games playing at the same time.
