“We stopped by this store on our way out of town and felt the need to give a shout-out. The manager was outside doing yard maintenance, which was surprising to see, as I didn’t think that was part of a manager's job. While we were there, I witnessed a couple getting upset with the staff about the soap dispensers. The staff immediately went to address the issue. My wife was in the women's restroom and got soap without any problem, so I’m not sure if the lady just didn’t know how to use the dispenser.

I saw the staff come out with the men's dispenser in pieces and headed to inform the manager about it. The couple was outside confronting her, which was quite unbelievable. When she came back inside, they mentioned that it had been pulled off the wall “again.” The poor woman was pouring sweat but assured them she would figure it out. She washed her hands in a sink right next to where we got our food and checked on us. Which we found hilarious as the couples complaint was if there's no soap in the bathroom they must not wash there hands, with how busy it was I'm not sure when they would even have time to use the restroom, but anyone who's been in a food establishment should know there's plenty of sinks and maybe even an employee bathroom.

In the end, the food was great, and the staff was exceptional.“

“This is a fast food place, not a 4-5 star restaurant. Do not get why people think it is, it’s called fast food for a reason. I love coming here with my kid, I went a few days ago, i was in the play place, it’s pretty clean. One of the workers was going around wiping down tables and seats and when she was done she asked if we’d like any refills. It gets so busy sometimes and the most of the staff does the best they can.“

“I would give it all five stars but when I went to this location with my dog I asked for the pup cup there they one charged me for it which the location on north avenue didn’t and even added a dog treat in it as well and gave more ice cream. If you want to take your dog to sonic take him or her to the north avenue location you can get more ice cream for the dog and even get a dog treat in it as well for them.“

“12/20 Great restaurant and nicely located in the center of the valley. I ordered the Bleu Ribbon burger, which was delicious. Cole slaw was my choice for the side, and it had a nice mild flavor and not overbearing. Tami, the bartender, had great energy and was on point. The sweetest manager, Josh B. checked on my experience to ensure everything was going smoothly. I noticed he always had a smile, going from table to table. Definitely will come here again.“

“We used to eat at 5 Guys in Vancouver, WA all the time. My favorite was always the fries! I'm pretty sure these guys are famous for double frying them. Unfortunately, tonight they let me down. The fries we got were sad, and limp. I hope they're better next time around. The burgers were great, and you can't beat all the options! I prefer these guys over In n Out personally, and I'm glad a new chain has landed in the Grand Valley.“
