"went through the drive thru this morning and ordered an iced coffee drink with no ice and they charged me $2 extra for the drink. in the menu $5.75 I paid almost $8??? still can't figure out why"I assume you're hoping to get extra milk and not pay for it? As someone who used to work at a Starbucks and people would ask me to do this, I wouldnt fill their cup all the way up with milk because that's not the recommended number of oz that go in the cup. Best Starbucks I've been to in my entire life. The workers know me and my family by name. They have learned our orders by heart. We have been going there for YEARS now and its been such a blast watching employees STAY there for years and years and have kids and make families and watch certain managers get promoted up to regional level and watch other shift leads get promoted to store manager etc. Has just been a very very pleasant experience with this location over the years....read full review

My husband and I have ordered here every day for 3 years now. I have to say that the best service we get comes from employees who tend to have longevity. Starbucks, please do something to minimize turnover at the Clifton, Colorado location. My husband will drive from across town just to catch the early AM crew for better service. It's worth it to your customers. Please, Starbucks, make us worth it to you.
