The food is always GREAT. The Atomic Quesadila is my go to. The jalopenos were SUPER hot however and were told they get that way in the summer months. I will order non spicy next time. Their tacos and Burritos are also fantastic. You can’t go wrong with this truck if you enjoy Tex Mex.
You know how you go through life feeling that there’s something out there, something that would cause you ultimate happiness were you only to find it… something to take you from the monotony of everyday life to true bliss… that thing is the 1231 Craft Kitchen bacon queso fries.Go be truly happy, my friends.(This review was honestly hard to write without the use of expletives)
We love the tacos and nachos at 1231 so much that we had them cater my mom’s wedding (about 50 people). It was wonderful and Tyler was so pleasant to work with, couldn’t ask for a better catering experience! So many guests complimented the food and there was plenty for everyone (they also kindly packed up the leftovers, including all the great sauces, for us).
