So calm, so clean — a pleasure to be here every time.
This is one of the best experiences I’ve had going out to restaurants. The physical place was very cool and designed great. The menu is awesome and creative. Once the food came it was incredible and far more than I had imagined. I talked with the owner who had a great attitude and you can see the passion he put into all the details as well as every employee and the chef who created this awesome menu and has been there since the beginning 11yrs ago. Even the servers had great attitudes and brought their each personalities along with them to each table. Our server was Lila, and was thee best server I’ve ever had. Just a very special person with a beautiful heart. Please everyone, if you get the opportunity to go don’t hesitate at having a very very special time. Thank you to everyone at 503W for the best time. Y’all are fantastic!!!!! 10⭐️’s
Awesome food that's totally unique. This is a must for brunch when you're in town.
Had doors open and with all the conversation and motorcycles ripping by it made it pretty hard to hear in the restaurant.
The menu is dominated by Korean fusion and everything I've tried there is excellent. There is a cocktail selection of, to the best of my knowledge, original drinks, again all of which I've had were good. The service is top notch. As for the atmosphere--the only thing I didn't give 5 stars--there's nothing wrong with it and the decor is charming, but it's not outstanding. My biggest concern about 503W is parking; it's on Colorado and I'm not aware of any dedicated parking. There are spots on the street right in front but it's rare to see them available. Overall, a great place to eat.
Delicious! Great service and the food was to die for.
Can't say I'm racing back for more
I swear to my mother, the only thing this place has going for it is its atmosphere! Other than that the food is tasteless and alright at best, the staff is weird, the manager is a piece of garbage, and their kitchen is dirty! If it wasn’t for the atmosphere this place would be an embarrassment of a business.
So yummy!!!! Service was a bit slow but at least the food was fresh. Our waitress was kind and attentive. Definitely would recommend to anyone

Wow! We were blown away by our visit here. Everything was phenomenal from the drinks to the meal and service. The happy hour margarita was one of the best I’ve ever had and the bao buns melt in your mouth. We noticed our server, Alberto crushing it all night too keeping service great despite the dinner rush. I’m very glad we chose this restaurant for our anniversary dinner. 💞

Holy shit this place is dope and the food is amazing. We had the Cuban and French dip, both were amazing. Get the sweet potato fries, they're spectacular but the shoestring fries are mid at best. Service, vibe, food are all top notch. Parking is kind of a pain.

Went here yesterday for the first time with a friend. Service was efficient and friendly. Atmosphere is nice. The food is what I was most excited for!
We got 2 mocktails and they were delicious! I recommend the espresso martini mocktail if you like coffee.
The food was absolutely amazing in flavor, although the portion sizes were quite small. I had the bahn mi sliders, which were phenomenal. However, they were just 3 miniature taco style sliders, so they were very small (think 3 half sized tacos). It was more of an appetizer size than a main dish size. A tad bit pricey, as well, considering the portion size.
If you want to splurge/leave full, I’d definitely recommend ordering at least 2 things; otherwise, ask the server how big the servings are before ordering. I left still a bit hungry, but was satisfied with the flavors & texture of the bahn mi sliders and had a bit of my friend’s ramen. I’m not a huge fan of ramen, so I thought it was just okay, but she really enjoyed it. Definitely a better portion size than the sliders.
Someday, I will be back to order multiple things when I’m ready to spend a lot on a little, as the food really was delicious! Service was good, too!

Great spot. Some of the best food in the Springs. Only negative is the parking can be difficult, as they don’t have a lot. But it’s definitely worth it, as this place is delicious.
