Always amazing!

I’ve ate here three times hoping the sushi improves and every time the nigiri feels room temp and the sushi rice is not seasoned. There’s also a $2 up charge to make a roll spicy, which maybe cost 25 cents for the restaurant. Very friendly wait staff though.

Hosted a dinner group of 50 people here…which was very large for their small restaurant. The staff could not have been more accommodating, and the food and service were excellent…a wonderful evening for all.

Once in awhile you find a “gem in the rough” with a newly established restaurant or one under new management…this is one. Suggest anyone who enjoys good food with great service in a pleasant atmosphere give them a try.

Way too pricey for what you get. I ordered a beef bowl and had to pay extra just to get enough protein it ended up being $18. At that price, I might as well go to Chipotle, Cava, or somewhere similar with better value. The sushi rolls were also a bit overpriced, especially for the area. Not really worth it unless they adjust the portions or pricing.

We didn't get to eat because you were under staffed. But the Yong lady that was the only server there did her best to keep up with everything. It's unfortunate that employees didn't show up to help her in the front.

This hurts your business. Please get help for the young lady.

Was able to make an appointment easily. Sat quickly and received food in a timely manner. Hibachi griller wasn’t as social but still prepared a very delicious meal. Alcohol is fantastic. SOJU is GREAT. Fairly priced for hibachi…parking is alright, depends on day of the week.

We made a reservation prior for 7:30pm. A few hours before we got a call from the restaurant to see if we were willing to move it back to 8pm. We expressed it wasn’t ideal, and they said we could come at 7:15pm instead. We waited 30 min for water. The hibachi chef did a table of 8 while doing ours. We got the ai couples combo ($75) and still had to pay an additional $6 for fried rice (1 egg split between us). One person at the table behind us had a mushroom allergy, so no one got mushrooms… food was meh. Do not recommend. Maybe the unrelated AI on powers is better?

I didn't know what to expect of the Ai Sushi & Grill at this location. Our server broke down all those walls with her friendly and playful demeanor. I was quite satisfied with her service. Both my partner and I felt comfortable interacting with her and laughing together.

The sushi chef made our dish look SO good! I was excited to try new rolls that I have never had the pleasure of indulging in. They served some of the best Sake (Salmon) that we have ever eaten at a sushi restaurant. Their Miso Soup had mushrooms in it which was a great addition and also unique to this location. We ordered the Godfather, a Shrimp Tempura Roll, the Lion King, and the Yakiniku.

The Yakiniku was my first introduction to a warm sushi dish that I have ever had. The Jalapeño, Onion. And Teriyaki Beef Toppings were so delicious! I was scraping the plate after eating that one!

The restroom was clean as well as the restaurant. It looks as though the restauraunt could use some touch up as far as paint and environment though and honestly, it did not take away from the experience but it was something I did notice while we were waiting for our food.

I would come back to this location anytime in the future and would recommend it for anybody looking for great service and excellent sushi!!

Thank you Ai Sushi & Grill!!

Went with family for lunch, there was only 5 tables with customers including us. Only one waitress. Wait to get menu- 10 min, wait for get order - another 10 min, wait to get food- almost 20 min. Had to ask for everything- spoons for udon and chopsticks for sushi, even napkins. Pricey sushi had aftertaste, but udon was good, very flavorful, that is why I gave food 3 stars. Crossed out this place from my "sushi" list. No sure what happened, as I remember it was pretty decent place.

Have been a long time customer. Haven't been in as much as I used to,went in with my girlfriend we had reservations, wasn't too many people there waited for 10 minutes for acknowledgment at door ended up getting seated and waited in additional 13 minutes at table before we were acknowledged. Was close to leaving. Ordered are normal iced tea, water, salad,Sushi. Food was ok and it was looking to be not so bad.I drink quite a bit of tea.We get the bill and tea was $10.50.I guess there is not free refills I got 3 1/2 tea's .And our salads used to be free with the meal.I know it's my fault for not looking at the menu. But it would have been nice to have been told that it's not free refills. After this experience I will no longer be going back. There is so many more places with quality food and service,And really reasonable priced. TEA IS CHEAP!
