I didn't know what to expect of the Ai Sushi & Grill at this location. Our server broke down all those walls with her friendly and playful demeanor. I was quite satisfied with her service. Both my partner and I felt comfortable interacting with her and laughing together.

The sushi chef made our dish look SO good! I was excited to try new rolls that I have never had the pleasure of indulging in. They served some of the best Sake (Salmon) that we have ever eaten at a sushi restaurant. Their Miso Soup had mushrooms in it which was a great addition and also unique to this location. We ordered the Godfather, a Shrimp Tempura Roll, the Lion King, and the Yakiniku.

The Yakiniku was my first introduction to a warm sushi dish that I have ever had. The Jalapeño, Onion. And Teriyaki Beef Toppings were so delicious! I was scraping the plate after eating that one!

The restroom was clean as well as the restaurant. It looks as though the restauraunt could use some touch up as far as paint and environment though and honestly, it did not take away from the experience but it was something I did notice while we were waiting for our food.

I would come back to this location anytime in the future and would recommend it for anybody looking for great service and excellent sushi!!

Thank you Ai Sushi & Grill!!

Went with family for lunch, there was only 5 tables with customers including us. Only one waitress. Wait to get menu- 10 min, wait for get order - another 10 min, wait to get food- almost 20 min. Had to ask for everything- spoons for udon and chopsticks for sushi, even napkins. Pricey sushi had aftertaste, but udon was good, very flavorful, that is why I gave food 3 stars. Crossed out this place from my "sushi" list. No sure what happened, as I remember it was pretty decent place.

Have been a long time customer. Haven't been in as much as I used to,went in with my girlfriend we had reservations, wasn't too many people there waited for 10 minutes for acknowledgment at door ended up getting seated and waited in additional 13 minutes at table before we were acknowledged. Was close to leaving. Ordered are normal iced tea, water, salad,Sushi. Food was ok and it was looking to be not so bad.I drink quite a bit of tea.We get the bill and tea was $10.50.I guess there is not free refills I got 3 1/2 tea's .And our salads used to be free with the meal.I know it's my fault for not looking at the menu. But it would have been nice to have been told that it's not free refills. After this experience I will no longer be going back. There is so many more places with quality food and service,And really reasonable priced. TEA IS CHEAP!

I bought the duck gyoza and the super crunch roll. The gyoza is $13 for four tiny pieces and it does not taste like duck at all. There are no duck pieces inside either. Just tiny cubes of meat that taste like ham. The whole thing tastes almost exactly like a ham n cheese hot pocket. The price equals $3.25 per piece and that is insanity to charge so much for something that is so mediocre. The only good thing I can say about it is that it was pleasantly crunchy and warm. The roll was ok, nothing to write home about, but it wasnt bad either. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, it wasnt busy when I came to eat around lunch time. The waitress was very nice and gave great service. I would not choose to eat here again unless there were no other options.

Wheelchair accessibility: The area is spacious and there are stand-alone tables where a wheelchair can be rolled up to them.

Even though it's a smaller hibachi it was still fun and food was amazing for a group of 7. The staff were very welcoming and they seemed like they generally liked their job. Which is rare in today's age. Highly recommend!

We did the hibachi. The guy who cooked our food overcooked my steak (asked for rare, got well-done). All he did was cook the food. No showmanship, jokes, or tricks. I had to ask for the sauces after he was done cooking. He should have poured the sauces before he started cooking.
The service started out nice, but then after we got our food we waited a long time to get any attention. I finally had to get up and go find our waitperson to get the checj.

My party arrived before I did, and let's just say it wise to all be there together because then the food gets all made together. Next time I'll know better. Still delicious and going to go back with my family!

We have been getting sushi here for a couple of years, every Friday. We did not get wasabi today. Poor customer service and such when asked if we got everything. I love you guys as a business but this has been a let down.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and seated quickly. Soft music playing which is always nice in a restaurant. Waitress was courteous and very attentive. Food came quickly and it was DELICIOUS!!! Highly recommend.

Clean and well staffed hibachi style restaurant. The hibachi food was fine. The sashimi sushi bowl was excellent ($32) and huge.
