Albertacos

I usually love getting food here, but twice now ive gotten only cheese in both of my enchaladas, and today when it happened again i finally gathered courage to go back and ask for chicken, instead of just cheese. They told me i had to buy two new enchaladas because it was my fault for saying "chicken and cheese enchaladas". I hate leaving reviews like this but it just sincerely upset me. Food is great, people are great but that service was not. I understand language barries in some cases but the cashier and i both spoke english, and as a retail worker myself i can always recognize that i or my coworkers can make mistakes regarding food service and always make the effort to fix that or help the person, not just bc they're a customer but bc i genuinly messed up. Im disappointed. 21 dollars for two enchaladas and some rice. Thats crazy.

My preferred establishment offers excellent cuisine; however, service quality can be inconsistent, and the dining area requires refurbishment. The limited booth size renders comfortable dining impractical.

Food is much better than typical fast food
In between fast food and typical sit down restaurant. Very enjoyable. Got the carne asada quesadilla and it’s pretty good. Good quality, tortillas are tasty, only complaint is it’s a little light on the meat, but still good.

Good food that keeps going up in price above inflation. Now they charge for using debit/credit (non-cash), limit sauces, and always ask for tips. Tipping for fast food, really?!?!

I am in the parking lot next to Albertacos writing this review because I couldn't even wait to eat my food much less go home after a 12 hour day. I ordered and waited for 10 min in drive thru. I hand this "lady" my card.....yeah I said that......and apparently her skills at multitasking and ensuring the customer right in front of her face is taken care of are sadly lacking. When she finally came back with my food and card I asked why I had an up charge of 3$ and she was too busy taking the next order that her response was "What?..... I don't know it's on the receipt" and she slammed the window shut on me while continuing with the next order. I guess the don't give a **** about you once you pay up. That's really sad too because I dash regularly and this was one of my stops. Usually it's the sweet lady behind the counter but tonight was a complete disappointment to the extreme I lost my appetite. Wow.

One person waiting for food when I got there. Lady behind counter looked at me standing by the order counter, didn't help me. Two other people came in to pick-up orders, she helped them, I'm still waiting to order. They had confusion and making the orders to go. I'm still waiting, she goes over to the back counter and starts fussing with stuff there. 10 minutes go by, she gets the orders to go and helps the two people that came in after me, then comes over to rhe counter to help me! Finally! I decided they didn't want my business, I left.
The worst service I have ever seen!
Because of the rude treatment I will never go back there and I will let friends and family know not to!

I ordered the two enchiladas plate and I had it customized for no lettuce and they still give me lettuce on my enchiladas now typically I wouldn't get upset about it but the problem is I Have ARFID and lettuce is one of my not safe foods and causes me great distress and I particularly made sure to put it on the customer's note putting no lettuce on there so please make sure that you follow the customer's note as best as you can

Ordered a chicken quesadilla, carne asada fries, and some tacos with two bottled cokes. Pretty sure the only thing that was meant to be consumed is the bottled cokes. I would not even call this a restaurant. My kid threw his on the floor after the first bite and my dog didn’t even want it. Placed should be called the unknown 👀🤢

Completely got my order wrong charging me with something worth $32 with bad attitude , food was great but service was terrible cause I told them multiple times my order above the loud music playing in the lobby.

Adding two dollars to a single burrito because someone is using a debit card should definitely not be necessary with what you guys charge for a burrito. I've never had a liquor store try anything over a $5 card minimum. I've never had anybody else in Colorado Springs charge me an additional fee for using a card unless I was at a dispensary. I understand you guys used to get that drug money back in the day and supposedly that's not a thing anymore but just pulling money out of thin air might not be your place in life post cocaine. Nothing you make is worth paying an extra fee for with all the other options near you.

They never pay attention to order details so they never get it completely correct. Really unfriendly employees any time I've gone. I just noticed today they have a sign up saying there is a 3.99 "customer service fee" added to All orders. For what? They need to pay there employees better. They ALWAYS ask for a tip too...at the fast food pick up window! Wth? Used to be good, but too many anti customer changes have taken place. If you have food delivered their delivery fee has tripled! On top of tip and cust svc fee. No thank you.

save yourself time and money and go to monica’s . they will atleast cut your quesadillas and don’t charge $10 for 1 taco
