Wonderful food. Nice server. Everyone ordered something different (4 people) and noone was disappointed. The bread pudding dessert was amazing as well.

Had the bangers and mash which was AMAZING. If you get the pretzel be sure to get the beer cheese to go with it. Friendly fast staff and great vibe. Will def be back

The poutine was good but was lacking in the cheese department. Ordered the scotch eggs & sadly the yolks were either completely cooked through or were entirely missing from the egg... the gravy made up for it I guess. The dog running around the restaurant was kind of weird but Im a dog person so I looked past it. Until I saw the dog running into the kitchen area and I could hear the cooks yelling at him to get out of the kitchen.. yikes. No intention of ever coming back & can't say Id recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Small pub in the heart of Old Town with tons of atmosphere and character. Sean was behind the bar and took great care to make sure we had a good time and memorable stay in CO Springs. Our wings and fries fit the bill for late night meal. We will be back! Thx Sean for an unexpected and memorable visit.

Came here for drinks and food one night.
Drinks were good, server was quick to keep drinks full, and was attentive and knowledgeable.
Food just wasn’t that good. We got some chicken wings, which were excellent, but main courses just missed the mark. My date got some corned beef dumplings which were frankly bad, I got bangers and mash ( which was really good!!), and the guys we ate with just did not seen thrilled. Maybe a bad night for alchemy.

We had THE best time with Sean as our server! As a closet Swiftie The Alchemy was hit for me! The Elderberry was delish and the meat charcuterie was outstanding! Thanks for the fun atmosphere!!
