Visited Amanda’s Fonda for lunch today. As usual, the food was excellent. However, I will not return during the pandemic as half the wait staff were wearing masks as “chin guards “ (neither their nose or mouth were covered).

The food is great here, but don't bother trying to order online! I ordered my dinner online, did not receive a single update and one hour later my order was canceled by the restaurant with no notice or reason. Then I received an email stating I would have to wait 3-7 days to have my money refunded! I will not make the mistake of ordering online from them again.

Every time I've gone to Amanda's Cantina, the staff has been super friendly, the food has been exceptional, and the drinks tasty. They have brand new margaritas and 3 feet of tacos at their north location off Academy, and an awesome patio that I can't wait to use this summer. If you haven't been to Amanda's lately, I highly recommend it! This place is awesome for weekend lunches, weekday happy hours, and family dinners. I am so excited I don't have to drive all the way to Manitou to get great Mexican from the Amanda's family!

It was passable. Their salsa was noticeably not their usual stuff. The flavors were very muted and not at all what I'm used to getting here. The wait staff was attentive and friendly.

My experience at Amanda’s Cantina was Superb. The atmosphere was extraordinary, I really felt like I was back in Mexico with my amigos. The bartender Ted or Tim was fabulous ?. I would highly recommend coming to this place.

We went the Thursday before Valentine's Day. This was our third visit since the place had been opened. I'm a vegetarian but will occasionally eat fish, because in this town, it's very hard to find restaurants that offer decent vegetarian options. However, it's so easy to make Mexican food vegetarian, I'm always skeptical of a place that can't do it. They were severely understaffed and had rolled out a new menu. So seems like it had been a disastrous night. To their credit, all staff was working double time, bartender, managers, bussers, hostess, servers. Service was slow, drinks were wrong, food was wrong. I ordered tilapia tacos and the fish was so bland and overcooked, it was barely edible. I didn't touch the beans because I'm sure they were not vegetarian and the rice was so salty. Our poor server was super sweet, but you could tell she was completely frustrated with how badly the night had been going. I've never been impressed with what I've eaten at this place, so I don't think I will return. My husband may, for happy hour

The server was very friendly, the food came out very quick, and the food was very good. Most Mexican restaurants serve the exact same mediocre food, but Amanda’s cantina was different. The prices were reasonable and the food was unique. I highly recommend.

We visited here on the grand opening, so this problem may have been fixed. There were A LOT of flies inside the restaurant, I could see this was because the kitchen backdoor was propped open. The food was alright I guess, but I couldn't really appreciate the taste, service, atmosphere or my company because I was constantly swatting flies away from my food and my face.

I had a combo meal with a pork enchilada, spinach and mushroom enchilada, and a chili relleno. The food was great portions were good and prices were reasonable. Parker was a good server and very accommodating . All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely be back and recommend anyone to try it out.
