We came in Nov 2nd, 2025 to get a box of a dozen donuts, there was only 1 guy working there. And as were picking out our donuts, hes telling us about his infection that he has on his hands and feet, he even showed is his infection on his hands, and only wore one glove. He has no business working while sick. We left but went back to ask for our money back because it was quite disturbing knowing he was the only one working there and him touching everything. We wont be back there.

I was there on Monday, Sep 29 and noticed they are adding an AUTOMATIC GRATUITY of 15% to the bill! I was at the counter, ordering and picking up my own food, so why the tip? Not a word from the employee, no notice anywhere about this, I only found out when I asked about it. So $15 for 6 dry donuts? Why?

I’m writing to bring a serious issue to your attention. I recently visited your store and purchased a strawberry cheesecake donut for my son. Unfortunately, after we got home, he took a bite and immediately commented that it tasted strange “like grass.” Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the donut had visible green mold specs on the toppings, and it smelled off as well. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially because my child consumed part of the donut before we realized the issue. While I understand that oversights can happen, I wanted to make sure you're aware so steps can be taken to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I want to document this as well in case my son or I become sick.

Went in shortly after they opened. The glass case had smears and streaks on it like it hadn't been cleaned in a bit. The bathroom trash can was full and no TP in the bathroom. My wife asked the lady working who responded that they didn't have any TP. In my experience trash is taken out at closing and cases/equipment are cleaned at the end of the day. It didn't leave a good impression these things were left dirty. Donuts were OK but nothing too special.

I've been to this location many times. I went there yesterday though and there was a strawberry donut that I picked. It had the most terrible strawberry on top. It tasted like it would have been doused in bleach and mop water and I have been so ill since then!! I'm very grateful that my kids and husband didn't choose this donut like I did. I want my money and health back!

I visited this place early in the morning before embarking on a hot air balloon ride. I had the intention of getting some hot milk, as I don’t consume donuts. However, my only concern was that they didn’t have any hot milk, and they even informed me that they didn’t have hot water either.
