Anytime I’m in Colorado Springs, Amy’s is my go-to spot. The customer service is always top-notch and way above the standard — something you rarely see these days. Always a great experience!
I visited this place early in the morning before embarking on a hot air balloon ride. I had the intention of getting some hot milk, as I don’t consume donuts. However, my only concern was that they didn’t have any hot milk, and they even informed me that they didn’t have hot water either.
Awesome staff, my family and I needed a place to stay warm while we waited on our ride around 9pm, everywhere else was closed. Let us wait inside to stay warm, ordered a 1/2 down donuts while we waited, was told that they were free of charge. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Definitely will be back.
