Applebee's grill + bar

I have eaten here many times but will not be back. Service was excellent but pasta was cold, crunchy and rubbery on the chicken parm. Chicken was good, didn't send back as it took a long time to get it

The food was good but the main reason I gave 5 stars was because of our awesome server Avrum. Funny, attentive, good energy and attitude ECT. If u happen to dine at this location, ask to be seated in his (Avrum)section.👍🏿👍🏿

Do not get there 3 appetizers deal it sounds like a good deal but it's not it's just a sampler and they make it sound like you get 3 full appetizers

The restaurant is well lit and seemed clean.
We had to wait at the hostess stand for several minutes.
The restaurant seemed to be short staffed which made everything slow.
The good thing for us was the waiter was very efficient.
He would take something off the table every trip passed.
He brought drink refills with out asking.
I wanted broccoli with my fish but they were out.
I was not impressed with the green beans replacements.
The salmon was OK and the potatoes were pretty good.

The wait staff is trying their best.
But they are understaffed, seems like most of the workers are forced to work while sick and have routinely gotten my order wrong.

I've been here a few times and it's not the Applebees I remember. The last time I was there was around lunchtime. It wasn't very busy and they had some construction work going on inside. I sat at the vacant bar, it had one customer and no bar tender. When the bar tender finally came out from the kitchen area he asked if I wanted a drink, I asked for a soda. He paced back and forth a little bit behind the bar, I thought he was looking for a menu, but he then just disappeared back to the kitchen area again. He was gone awhile again. I went and picked up my own menu. Oddly enough, there were 2 women hanging out at 2 tables next to one another in the bar area.

Had to edit from my previous review which was 5 stars. My husband and I came in this evening (Halloween) and feel like they dropped the ball. Got our appetizer but no napkins, no silverware and no plates. When the food came out the girls seemed surprised when we asked for napkins and silverware and they hadn't brought the sauce for my husband's entree. Our Arnold palmers tasted watered down with barely any lemonade. And my fries were lukewarm. Kinda bummed as we drove across town to get here and live an hour and a half west of town. Took forever to get a to go box. I actually had to get up and ask the girl who had seated us if she could please get me a to go box. Our server never brought it. Everything seemed slow tonight and it took us forever to get out.

Taylor the manager is great, she came out and asked if I needed anything even though the whole place was popping she took the time to see if I needed anything. Great service at Applebees!!

Great waitress and good food and drinks.
