Always a great place to eat, especially with the family. We've been here a handful of times. Servers always attend the kiddos very well ( extra napkins/ the food is good too). We will be back soon 😀

Alaina was absolutely AMAZING. This poor girl deserves a raise. She was absolutely killing it alone I'm the bar with a full restaurant and only one server helping.

I will never come here again. Came in today and hostess was extremely rude, tried to put 6 of us in a small booth- and when we asked outright said no to allow us to sit in any of the places that were large enough to accommodate our group, even though they were empty. instead told us to sit in a smaller booth (normally for 4) and while we were trying to fit in, another staff member came up and pushed me so he could walk by. didn’t even give us 15 seconds to get in before being pushed out of the way. very very offended. skip this place. go somewhere with manners.

Food is average to slightly above average. Hey, it's Applebee's. The atmosphere is fine. Clean and sitting available. Service is usually right on the spot. Friendly, patient, and helpful. Won't keep bugging you. Manager comes around to check on things. Helps serve food. Good place.

My family and I came to dinner last night and we all ordered drinks. Mind you every. One of us has a valid ID and they refuse to serve my career son-in-law and his brothers drinks because their ID wasn't renewed highly illegal. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this. And we're going to be contacting anybody else that Can help us remedy the situation.Whoever was working last night and refused to take a valid id for drinks needs to get fired

The night staff is amazing. They know exactly how I like my food and drinks, and even snuck this sweet note in my To-Go order because they know when I stop in after work I like to bring my daughter dessert. So thoughtful!

Easily the worst service I've had anywhere. Myself and a party of three more ordered at 2315, and there was one other table seated in the entire restaurant. It took us until 0050, over one and a half hours, to receive our food, by which time we took it to go and had it cold back home.

During this time, our waiter came by to refill our waters and check on us a total of zero times.

There was absolutely no excuse for such poor service.

Okay my wife and I have visited this Applebee's to have dinner together, I'd say about half a dozen occasions and the last three times we've stopped in for dinner the food has either been overcooked or cold when served. Tonight my wife ordered the honey chicken bacon plate with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I had ordered the three cheese penne pasta with a bread stick. First off we got there at 6:34pm. Now our waitress was very nice and very courteous. She took our order and we started with the chicken won ton tacos. Those came out hot and on time. Now about :20 to :30 minutes has passed now and we still haven't received our entrees yet. Our waitress had paid us a visit to our table to let us know that she was sorry for the tardiness of our dinner. Another :20-:30 has passed now. I'll tell you one thing, when my wife has barely eaten anything all day, she gets very irritated and very mean. So I decided to go speak with the new hostess and find out where our waitress and food were cause we've been waiting for nearly an hour now. This was the hostess first day so she was up front and accompanied by the manager in the blue button up shirt and her trainer. I asked her and she said "I can go find out for you and I'll be right back" I turned and headed towards our booth. I sat down and my wife said she didn't even make it a few steps and turned around. SHE NEVER ATTEMPTED TO GO ASK!!!! Also, what kind of manager and trainer allows (if they didn't tell her to not worry about my concern) this? About :10 minutes go by and our food shows up and my wife's plate was extremely hot and overcooked and served with waffle fries and not with what she had ordered. My plate comes out and it's warm at best and my bread stick was cold and the whole bottom of it was hard as a rock. Overall the food sucked, the manager sucked, the trainer of the new hostess sucked and the overhead music sucked. Our waitress was 2-3 stars at best. And our overall experience was a 1 star visit. This Applebee's has been declining in customer service and in the tastiness of their food over our last 3 visits. So needless to say that will be our last visit to this location, which is very close to where we live. Now we'll have to go to the one on Galley and Academy St. I Hope this review will reach the right management team and that some of the above mentioned issues will get resolved so that other customers will not have a 1 star visit like we had tonight.
