Applebee's Grill + Bar

Got the Hershey squints not long after eating here. I cannot pinpoint as to whether or not it was the food. I hadn't eaten anything all day so its a possibly but I cannot be sure. Otherwise, the service was excellent and the food did taste great. Our waitress went above and beyond for us as well.

Good food, great drinks, but service was not the best.

Had lunch there via a Togo order. Food was 8/10, staff was about 6/10. Idk if they were upset that there were ent many people there, this causing tips to be low, or if this is the norm.

However, if you don't like serving people, find a different job.

Worst food and service ever will never go back

Come here ounce a week and sit at the bar at the one off academy and Godard in Colorado Springs, COJennifer is always fantastic food an atmosphere is so much better than the one in fountain, CO

Can't complain, they did everything right

I hadn't been to AB in close to 20 years. I chose them today because another restaurant let us down with a failed online order. The to go order at AB came out a lot quicker than expected. The riblet plate and pretzels with beer cheese were super delicious! Thanks Isabella for the fantastic service and for serving me some ice water while I waited for the order.

We ordered food for delivery. Despite it being delivered by a third party and arrived 1 hour late, Applebee's made a lot of mistakes with the clearly selected food order.

- missing food appetizer - instead of sending a $12 value spinach artichoke dip, we received a tiny container of salsa.
- two missing sides that obviously should come with the entrees. How can the staff miss adding the sides to the entrees?!
- steak and potato order - steak was terribly rubbery. Did not finish eating it. Thew it away.

Manager won't own up for their mistake. But after I mentioned training their staff. He stated he will do something.

There is clearly a neglect, carelessness, and apathetic attitude of making sure all food is provided and minimal customer service.

Never again order at Applebee's

Always a great place to eat, especially with the family. We've been here a handful of times. Servers always attend the kiddos very well ( extra napkins/ the food is good too). We will be back soon 😀

Alaina was absolutely AMAZING. This poor girl deserves a raise. She was absolutely killing it alone I'm the bar with a full restaurant and only one server helping.

I will never come here again. Came in today and hostess was extremely rude, tried to put 6 of us in a small booth- and when we asked outright said no to allow us to sit in any of the places that were large enough to accommodate our group, even though they were empty. instead told us to sit in a smaller booth (normally for 4) and while we were trying to fit in, another staff member came up and pushed me so he could walk by. didn’t even give us 15 seconds to get in before being pushed out of the way. very very offended. skip this place. go somewhere with manners.
