Applebee's Grill + Bar

We decided to order curbside on our way home. Ordering on the app was super simple, probably the best part of this experience.

Our order was to be ready at 4:46, we arrived about 10 mins early and parked. We sat until 5:01 pm since it looked rather busy inside and it was a Friday night. After a 15 minute wait, my husband called, and the employee who answered advised she was waiting on my waffle fries. The order came out a few minutes later. She apologized and said it was a whole thing trying to get the fries dropped.

Once we arrived home, I opened my burger and it was scattered everywhere. I put it back together and proceeded to eat. I’m assuming that all the food was finished long before the waffle fries were cooked. My burger was oddly dry, yet somewhat pink, lacking in the sauce department, and the 1/2 the bacon uncooked fatty pieces. The fries were dry as well. My husband didn’t enjoy his fajita roll up, and the chicken in our wonton tacos was chewy.

So overall; it was a dinner that we ate MAYBE a 1/4 of. I doubt we’ll be back anytime soon. We used to love Applebees, so it’s disappointing.

We went it was very busy. Which was anticipated because it was Veterans Day. The wait was acceptable, the service was fast. The food was wonderful and hot. The manager was organized cheerful and greeting!

Went in, was seated. Ordered drinks. Took another 15 minutes of waiting in a near empty restaurant. Decided to leave.

Food was good, but the wait was unacceptable. Shortly after we arrived, the family in front of us left because they had been waiting so long in front of an unmanned hostess station. Even after we got seated by one of the waitstaff, it took five minutes for our server to even acknowledge that we were there.

Always a chill experience. When our day is long and we dont want to cook we are always grateful for the delicious food, friendly staff, and never feeling experience at this location.

I ordered the chicken watons tacos and mozzarella sticks and they were delicious. I ordered the chicken Parmesan with fettuccine and it was horrible. The sauce had no flavor whatsoever with mushy noodles and the chicken was overcooked with this dry seasoning on top and it tasted really bad. My server never came back to ask about our meal.

Came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. Was not crowded, but it was sorta busy. They even gave me wife a free dessert for her birthday. Awesome!!!

Western burger came out wrong with no fried onions or BBQ sauce and he offered to bring the toppings out that was supposed to be on the burger, but we had to ask for a brand new burger since the original wrong burger was not gonna be fresh by the time the toppings got to the table.
They fixed the problem and it was delicious! Thanks Bradley

My other concern was tipping percentages are wrong when checking out. So always customize your tips to be sure your not over tipping.

Regarding Colorado Springs, 7660 No. Academy Blvd. Arrived with a group and manager could not accommodate. Said changing shifts and would be a while. Bartender ignored us for 15 minutes. Unbelievable experience. Obviously they don't want the business.

We are regulars at Applebees. Mike the bartender is great and friendly.
Tonight our food was awful-ordered the new Cheesburger sandwich. They were out of the soup (we were ok with that) and when the “burger “ came it was hard, thin had what looked Kraft cheese slices on it -something I could make in a skillet in 5 Minutes
For 15+$ what a joke
Get some new cooks and make the regulars happy

Alfredo chicken really salty. Chicken and sausage meal was really over seasoned. Steak was very tough to eat. Service was fine. Had no clean tables when arrived.

Got the Hershey squints not long after eating here. I cannot pinpoint as to whether or not it was the food. I hadn't eaten anything all day so its a possibly but I cannot be sure. Otherwise, the service was excellent and the food did taste great. Our waitress went above and beyond for us as well.
