Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time! we ordered on the mobile app with a pickup time of 7 pm. the app said our order was ready at 7, but when I went into the restaurant, two different staff members told me they were checking on my order, then they carefully avoided eye contact for the next 35 minutes. I finally managed to find an employee to ask about our order. it was brought out right after that. We asked to speak to a manager, who apologized but did not even offer to comp all or part of our meal. We would have understood if the restaurant was behind schedule, but the lack of communication about an ETA for our food was unacceptable. On top of that, the food was disappointing and tasted like it had been under a warmer the whole time I was waiting. We will not be going to this restaurant again and advise others not to waste your time or money here either.

Unfortunately I couldnt rate negative stars. My burger was burnt. The chicken was burnt and alfredo noodles were still hard. The chicken penne was super oily. The waiter was the only pleasant thing about my visit.

Food did NOT look like pictures, AWFULLY not similar.. Patty on mushroom burger was BURNT, chicken in Alfredo was AWFUL, service was VERY delayed but worker was nice and pleasant, sauce was awfully oily, and everything was pretty crowded. Hair from behind my chair touched me, and drinks were low quality. I did not enjoy my experience, I was also given my dessert in a haunting burning, hot skillet, burnt my tongue the hardest i have ever in my life generally felt my taste buds rumble from my very mouth, I couldnt taste as well after. The only thing I recommend is their colada drink IF they don't short you on strawberries...Parking: Super close to the restaurant on an empty day

Looks nice and quiet inside…. And I only know that cause they made me have to come inside to get my food after sitting outside in CURBSIDE PARKING. So if you plan on getting your food brought out to your car, forget it. They’ll have you waiting until you come in and get yourself.

Fries were overcooked to the point that I couldn’t even chew it, burgers were burnt, buns were burnt. If I could give a zero I would, take some pride in the food you serve. The fact that someone cooked this put it up, and someone else decided it looked good enough to pass off and serve is pretty questionable to the integrity of whats acceptable. I served/bartended for 6 years, I would never allow something so poorly handled go out to one of my customers. Pitiful.

Horrible service.. took at least 20 minutes to get our drinks and another 20 to 30 for the food. Then the manager came around and said hey I need your guys's margarita cups because we're short. Keep in mind this was a Saturday night and there was hardly any people there. This was the North academy Applebee's Colorado springs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. People who came in 15 minutes after us still got their food even though we ordered way before. It took 10 minutes just to get a root beer. Our food was not good at all and we just got appetizers. Will not be going back.

The side of coleslaw is a tiny little condiment container. Not very tasty either. The side of mashed potatoes were watery.Otherwise my Fish and Chips were good and my husband enjoyed Ribs.

Ordered take out from this Applebees and was very happy because it was ready when we got there and they brought it out to our car. We ordered the two chicken tender platter and boy were we not disappointed. I ordered mine with mashed potatoes & my husband ordered waffle fries with his order & we both got coleslaw. Our platters had 8 chicken tenders which were delicious. My mashed potatoes were great but my husband’s waffle fries and the coleslaw we both had were not great! They were very dry.

Good food good prices great happy hour. Honestly, I kind of forget about Applebees when thinking of a place to go. Every time I do go I always enjoy the food and experience. Always a friendly staff and service is great. So next time you are thinking about where to go remember Applebees
