Out of all the dining halls I’ve had, this is probably my least favorite. The food simply isn’t good most of the time. Some of it is decent but that’s a rare occurrence. The steak was really bad because it was peppered way too much & not that tender. The potatoes were tasteless & a bit hard. The carrots were hard & flavorless. The service is as expected & the atmosphere actually felt nice. But that can’t save this from having bad food & a 2 star review. Hard to pass up but if you can, try to.

Place is aweful and embarrassing that they serve this gruel to the troops.

This is $15.32 worth of food, according to my receipt. The salad is, in my opinion, small, and yet is over $6 alone. Best of luck eating anything healthy at this place without WAY overshooting your M&IE rate, which is currently $22.XX.Prices were NOT posted everywhere. The food I had was fine, but it is frustrating that a salad is so expensive and yet they expect us (service members) not to get fat on the much better priced and better tasting fast food options.

Look when it's good, it's good! Sometimes the food is blah but today someone actually cared. Staff was pleasant and the lady at the register was very sweet.
One of the worst in the military. Food is way over priced (salad is more expensive than a Philly cheese steak and fries) and there's not a lot of healthy options. I truly feel bad for the lower enlisted who are expected to eat their meals here. They deserve better..

The ladies at the check out line were very nice!! The food ok, but what you might expect at a military cafeteria.

I got food poisoning from here. I’m in extreme pain. Not the first time lunch got me sick but this is the worst it’s been.

the civilians working nights here are really rude and unwelcoming. i always hear them speaking badly on the customers and have experienced it myself. especially from that one teenage girl working the cash register. this type of behavior shouldn't be condoned.

One of the worst AF/SF DFAC I’ve been to in 23 years. So few options, pricing is getting silly. For the size and population of the base, this is pretty bad. Take a look at Vandenberg, as they are doing much better.

I used to like coming here until the lady at the register would overcharge me for anything and everything on my plate. They carefully pick up 8-10 sweet potato fries and charge you 2 dollars for that. When asked why the portions have gotten smaller and smaller, the register lady would blame the portions on the people serving and the people serving would blame the register lady. The condiments are always out and the lettuce always brown. They'll serve a male more portions than a female because I guess females don't know how to eat.

Breakfast is good. Cooks and staff are pleasant. They do however don’t manage their supply well. They ran out of many food items for the omelette grill, ran out of coffee, ran out of milk, etc…Inconsistent charges:One time for lunch I got four chicken wing, five onion rings and a drink; was charged $13… the person in front of me looked to have 8-10 wings, onion rings, jalapeno poppers(heaping plate) and drink, he only paid $8…
The people behind the serving line do a good job - mostly active duty military. My thanks for the great customer service.
Happy and helpful staff, huge variety of choices at a decent price, and pretty tasty too. Easy 5/5, would stuff my face again.

Food was good but not many options.
