To start. I never eat at any Arby's. My in-laws are here and they wanted it.
Went through the drive-thru and when I got home I noticed we were missing an item from our order. Luckily I don't live too far away so I called and let them know. Zach (shift manager) was very kind and apologetic. He had great customer service and even gave me additional items for the inconvenience. I find great customer service very rare anymore. I will be a repeat customer.

We came here and got 4 sandwiches. We were extremely disappointed to come home to half cheaply made food. Sandwiches that had half the amount of meat, tasting way too sugary from sauce. Our market "fresh" sandwich didn't come with but one single onion and one single tomato with no lettuce. Not ever coming back to this location. The worker was nice and I'm sorry she works with people who obviously could not care they are serving real people.

The limited time BBQ chicken and BBQ brisket were extremely underwhelming barely any brisket and the chicken patty was thin and dried out. Way worse than a mc Donald's mc chicken one. They were both 7 and 8$ sandwiches and they honestly seemed like 2 or 3 dollars sandwiches. I also ordered a third sandwich a Marketside turkey and bacon one and it didn't even have lettuce on one side of the sandwich, the turkey wasn't that great and the slice of tomatoes wasn't much more than a sliver. The portion sizes weren't at all what I remembered or received at other locals. Still hungry after ordering 24$ worth of premium sandwiches. ?

Moz Empire

Tried their BBQ Bacon Burger and it was out of this world flavorful. Almost too big to get your mouth around, and cooked to juicy perfection!
The husband got a Turkey Ranch Sandwich, and joked that they put too much turkey on it, it was SO delicious.
The staff were super friendly, and we will be back!
The ONLY NEGATIVE is that the phone number is jacked up. The 719 phone number routes through Canon City, so you can't dial it from Colo. Spgs. without a '1', which then disconnects you, because we ARE 719...You have to dial LONG DISTANCE with an 840 area code to reach the store to order. That is POOR ADMINISTATION by the franchise owner, not the staff or the food. Those were excellent.

Went inside lobby to order on 6/23/24. When we walked in there was no one to be seen anywhere behind the counter. After being there for several minutes I heard some sort of bell in the employee area, and then we finally saw the only employee we "saw" in the restaurant. He was obviously handling a customer at the drive through. He saw us and yelled back that there are customers in the lobby. After a couple more minutes my husband and I left, as no one came up to help us. I guess there is no urgency to help customers, not sure why they don't just lock the lobby doors if they are only helping customers at the drive through. They won't have to worry about ever waiting on us because we don't return to restaurants with no customer service. Sadly this is not the first restaurant this has happened at. I given everything about that visit a zero

When we went did an online order and got drinks unfortunately the drink fountains were not working properly and couldn't get drinks with our meals. The fries were OK at best no one ate then really and the food was not hot nothing a microwave couldn't fix. All in all not bad for what we paid probably wouldn't do it again though!
